This contract does not state that they must fork over ALL illegal obtained, only those from Ender chests and the Vault. This absolutely DOES NOT have any safeguards about items stored at other bases, chests, “Offshore Bank Accounts”, or a permanent halt to all duping operations, nor does it say anything about retribution or reparations for Leo. I say Leo absolutely shafted himself with this contract, and Parrot was probably tacitly supporting this operation to dislodge Leo from his strong position in the server.

I never thought of the possibility of parrot being the shadow member, but following your logic made even me (who watched parrot's video!) think parrot was the mastermind!
