i believe the other mogh under lyndell is because him and morgott can create kinda clone like versions of themselves. same as how morgott appears twice before you fight his actual self. i heard that he made it so that people would think he was still down there and not off making his blood dynasty and someone else said that maybe only morgott can do it and he created the fake mogh underground to protect it, but i don’t know why he wouldn’t just make another him.

Yeah, Mohg is supposed to be imprisoned down there But from what I heard, he escaped to what is now the Mogwyn palace with the help of an outer god He probably keeps that clone of him down there so they still think he’s held captive

It’s an illusion , Most people outside of Mohg domain believe he is still imprisoned . Only ones who know he isn’t trapped are his siblings and those who hold great runes . Why even Gideon (with all his spies and bullshit plot knowledge doesn’t know) Why he doesn’t know until the tarnish finds and defeats the real one, defeat the fake Gideon mocks you saying wasn’t the real thing.

The topic actually seems somewhat complicated, since there are several reasons for Mogh to be there, not only is he pretending to remain trapped, he also wants to prevent any Tarnished from encountering the Frenzied Flame. In fact, it is quite likely that he agreed with his brother for this, since before defeating Morgott, we can find a barrier that blocks the site, so he probably created the Mogh clone too, like his own clones. Quite fascinating how dangerous the frenzied flame is if it manages to scare the twins enough to collaborate and even make morgott let mogh escape and cover up the whole thing.

The Golden Order ruined the royal house of Caria, this is confirmed by the nameless carian knight in Caria Manor stating “I pray for your house’s swift revival. May the full moon shine upon Caria”. You can argue that the nameless carian knight was talking about the knights of the cuckoo but this is refuted by Iji’s dialogue stating that said knights met their demise because of an enchanted trap created by the Carians. Furthermore, the game emphasizes on Ranni and Rennala’s deep connection and this is evidenced by two things: 1) the description of Ranni’s Dark Moon; and 2) Ranni’s dialogue during Rennala’s second phase. These things solidifies Ranni’s love for her mother and would be reason enough to go against the very order who broke Rennala. You also have to be keen on environmental story telling especially that this is a fromsoft game. Radagon and Rykard (at least pre-blasphemous Rykard) were proud of their red-hair because it is an augur of their father’s lineage. They adorned their knights with read feathers as a symbol of their honor to Radagon (see Redmane Knight Helm and Gelmir Knight Helm item description). Ranni, on the other hand, lacks any sort of adornment for radagon. We meet her at the three sisters and that place is well, blue. The doll that she inhabits is blue, her moon is blue-ish, and her mother’s eyes are blue. Not a single taint of blazing red (such is how radagon’s red hair is described). Ranni is cold and veiled in occult mystery. Ranni obviously cares deeply about Rennala and couldn’t care less about Radagon, the man who broke his mother’s heart and swore fealty to the very order that destroyed her royal house. I would like to end this with Rennala’s dialogue upon her “defeat”: “oh little Ranni, my dear daughter. Weave the night into being.” This is Rennala practically showing her support to Ranni’s plan on ushering in the age of stars.

Wasn’t a god , Godefroy was one of Godwyn the golden/Godfrey grandchildren who was the first person outside of marika to do grafting . Godfrey got given the lion spirit to stop the anger/blood thirsty attitude . Godefroy isn’t a demigod just from the golden lineage and first tarnished to complete grafting (unwilling grafting at that)

Godfrey got turned into a demigod cause reasons with marika (kinda vague how he goes from ancient warrior, to demigod to first tarnished) Godefroy and goderick even by NPC told “golden lineage is diluted and impure” gotta realise been over one thousand year of offspring , with children , with great great grandchildren . Dragon knight who beat Godefroy , even in ashes spirit text doesn’t say “defeated a demigod” says a descendant of golden lineage was defeated. Gonna say Nephli is also a demigod? She’s legit offspring from Godfrey family too , He was ruthless barbarian and did a lot of questionable crimes to people he conquered. Golden lineage pass second generation are 1/8 demigod at most, then 1/16 , 1/32 then just becomes less than 1% by the time . Just bragging rights in lore to be apart of the Godfrey family tree since first Elden lord but only five members who are actually demigod or gods in the family.
