As you might know by now, due to the bird flu there's been an egg shortage. Fred Meyers on Abbott was out for a bit then got some in with a limit of 2 cartons per customer Same with Costco on Dimond last week.

Your comment about buying so much bread reminded me of an experience I had a couple of months ago at Wal-Mart. I was getting ready to check out and while I was waiting I happened to notice a gentleman in the next lane over with a cart full of bread products. Bread, bagels, english muffins, tortillas, buns. And he had one other item... an exercise mat. I couldn't help but get tickled thinking that with all the bread items that might come in handy. lol. I came to the conclusion that he had to be buying for a school, daycare or church.

My husband and I are on a strick diet and the dietitian said that the first ingredient you want to read on those protein powders in "Whey Protein Isolate". There is a brand called ISO 100 we really like with fun flavors!

We do homemade pizza Friday. We really enjoy it. I make bread dough in the bread machine and we do lots of different kinds. Pepperoni, buffalo chicken, garlic chicken and taco pizza. Good luck with the menu plan.

Thank you for sharing. I decided to make a 2 week meal plan to start out. Eggs are $8.50 for 24 organic brown eggs at my Costco but they go fast so I haven’t been able to get them since before Christmas. Eggs are $5 a dozen for brown organic at my local grocery store. At my Trader Joe’s they are almost $5 for organic cage free eggs.

On Sunday one dozen eggs at a local shop were $11.99 our food prices in Australia currently are ridiculously expensive. So our quarter acre block in suburbia we are making plans to have chickens, I have not had chickens since I was a child. Lauren those peppers I saved seeds from some I also bought from Costco here and I am growing them very successfully although it is middle of summer here.

Luna is a beautiful kitty. I love her voice. I have 6 😸. One is diabetic and has to have shots twice a day. One of my others has been at the vet for a week, he is very sick with pancreatitis. It's been really hard.

you need to make pizza with alfrado sauce, white cheese, spinach, and meat of your choice. You can also add other veggies of choice! It is our favorite . We also like to cook broccoli and mix with a little chicken and white cheese and Alfredo sauce so so good!

Order yourself some powdered eggs, you can use it for scrambled eggs and baking, I think the egg shortage is going to go on for quite sometime due to the bird flu. For scrambled eggs I just season the powdered eggs with onion and garlic powder, salt/pepper and dill or parsley and they are very tasty. Try Amazon

Lauren if push comes to shove you can substitute ground flaxseed for eggs I use 2 tablespoons of flaxseed with three tablespoons of water. Take care Debora Atkins

Good Morning Hamm Family ❤️ I pray you are well. I'm so happy you're back. Missed you guys. I'm starting where the video ended because, awwww, my heart is melting. Bennett is absolutely a beautiful soul. Lauren, give him a great big hug 🤗 Glad to see the Sample King and his trusty partner searching the Sample-Co Savannah on the hunt for goodies 🍕 We do a big monthly grocery haul, so I always meal plan. I keep it as simple as possible. I used to lay it out: MON, TUE, WED... etc. However, due to my Hubby's weird work hours and my pain issues, I find it easier to just make a meal list, then pick a meal from the list based on what's happening that day. I also note which meals will have leftovers; and I am sure to have "prepared store-bought meal", "freezer meal" and "rough-it meal" options. I keep in mind fresh perishable items, so that I use them sooner than later and a mid-month trip to pickup miscellaneous or more perishables isn't unheard-of. We also look at what we already have in our pantries, fridge and freezers. I'd be lost without my list and would definitely go overboard 🛒 I love Sharpies, but jeez, that's alot. Black and Silver are used the most, so those are always on hand. If you keep them tip side down in a pencil holder, they last longer ✍️ Yikes 😳 No eggs is a travesty. Our local supply isn't too bad. Prices are up, but so far, still able to find. Worse comes to worse, I check with Family and Friends with chickens, and if it were to get bad, I'm buying some Hens. We do have freeze-dried, but it's not the same. Gotta have my eggs 🥚 Choco-Shrooms... Yum. I stock up when we stop at the Asian Grocer every 2-3 months 🍫🍄 My bananas are finally ready to be turned into your Banana Cake. Can't wait... hmmm, today or tomorrow 🍌 All that talk about (fish) Salmon and you buying spinach has me in the mood for Salmon Wellington... decisions, decisions 🤔 I pray y'all have a great day and week ahead. I have a really good crock pot meal for you if you cook with chicken breast. 6 large chicken breast 2 cans cream of chickrn soup 1 can cheddar cheese soup 1 cup chicken broth 1 bag frozen mixed vegetables Lemon pepper Garlic powder Onion powder Mix soups with broth and pour over seasoned chicken breast Cook on low for 8 hours After 7 hours shred chicken and add frozen vegetables Stir and cook for last hour I serve it over rice, yellow rice is really good. Makes a ton and leftovers freeze beautifully. It's like chicken pot pie without the crust.

Problems getting eggs here on the coast of Maine as well. Not completely out of stock at our stores, but supplies are limited. And what we do have are coming at a very dear price! Dozen regular eggs -$5.89, 18pk $8.89! Hard to believe.... Love your channel! Keep up the great work! ❤

Just Ingredients 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 I hope you like it because it’s soooo good for you! My favorite is the seasonal vanilla peppermint. Ethan loved the chocolate mint. I use either snickerdoodle and either pumpkin or vanilla in my pumpkin bars and they are soooo goood.
