Hi Amanda. I typically wipe down the inside of my refrigerator on a weekly basis when I'm putting away and restocking my groceries. I find that it maintains cleanliness and limits the need for a huge scrub and cleaning. We're a home that meal preps and we're big on leftovers. Weekly cleanings are a must. I hope both of your 2025 words serve you beyond this year 🙏🏼 Tfs your tips 💜🧁🍾

Hi Amanda, so a full clean, everything out and go go go clean that fridge, I would say 3x a year, approx every 4 months but I do wipe the shelves nearly everyweek before loading it with groceries. I was wondering if maybe you should buy luncheon meats and cheese and maybe freeze some…thats what I do. When I finish a pkg of meat, grab one out of the freezer and leve it thaw in the fridge for the next day. Same with cheeses; maybe keep 3-4 kinds in a drawer but the rest goes in the freezer - when I use one up, out comes a frozen one in the drawer.

FYI, vinegar and baking soda neutralise each other, so they aren’t active at longer once you mix them. Use one, or the other. I recently saw the claim that baking soda is the better one for cleaning produce, for what it’s worth. Beautiful fridge!!

Hey Amanda, I love watching your videos every week! I love seeing the before & after pictures because they're breathtaking! I can't wait to see more videos every week! I bet having the fridge cleaned out and having healthy food in there is a good feeling. I loved seeing how much you got rid of when cleaning the refrigerator. With a well-organized fridge, meal planning becomes much easier and more efficient. You can easily see what ingredients you have on hand, which helps reduce food waste and ensures you use everything before it goes bad. Plus, having a clear view of healthy options makes it more likely to stick to nutritious meals throughout the week. The different hauls in the videos are good to see every time. I think some of the recipes on the screen I try to take a screenshot, or I go back to the video to save it that way. It would be amazing if you could share those recipes on a blog or social media platform for easy access. You could even create a downloadable PDF for your followers to save and print. This way, we can have all your fantastic recipes at our fingertips whenever needed. ❤❤❤

❤🎉😊 Thank you once again for your soothing voice and your motivation. I just cleaned my fridge over the weekend before I went grocery shopping. It's just my husband and I but we each have our favorites. I am trying to eat more healthy and he is a true blue southern man. I cook what he likes then prepare what I like. He doesn't like for me to try to surprise him to often but he will at least taste it. I usually get to get my sister to try your recipes and she ends up wanting the recipe. I am in Georgia as you know and it's really cold and expecting more bad weather so anything I can cook in a crockpot or pressure cooker is wonderful. Love those February towels and love the new way you are hanging them. God bless you and the family and have amazing week. Till next time.

(Unless something spills or it's really bad), but I typically do a quick clean weekly. I go through it on 'trash' night and clean out expired foods or foods gone bad. Then, grocery shop for what we need the next day. At least, that's always my plan 😅 I love my little strawberry core thingy. It's a great tool.

This year started out exciting. It is my last year of working in a. Wry demanding job. End of September. Calling it retirement but might do something that’s just part time. Can’t wait. Also going on an Alaskan cruise out of Vancouver Canada end of August. My husband had a bad fall from a ladder 2nd week of January. Broke his arm in 3 places. So that was an accident that slowed us down some. He has a lot of rehab ahead of him. He smashed his elbow.

all of this organization containers you got is great! But where you put leftovers? Each week when I clean out for trash day. I clean my shelves /drawers. Though I put vinyl shelf-liner on all of my glass shelves /drawers and bins on the door. So, my glass shelves stay pretty clean. I'd prefer to clean the liners. I've seen you do this in other videos why do you put grapes, strawberries. blueberries into mason jars? Why not in crisper drawers On the top shelf in the fridge, I put bins to keep my cheese in and small cups of fruit and I've put a turn table in to house all of my bottled dressing. It has been a help to me. I wouldn't go through the process of making almond milk. Nor would i make my own butter it's easier to buy it in the grocery store. Where do you get the stuff to rinse off the veggies? And where do you find the covers for the mason jars?

Might take 2 washes for your size fridge but there's only two of us so medium fridge, one wash and maybe an 8th of your food haul😅 While the wash is on clean inside, declutter food, have a coffee! 😂 Oh, once a month.....🤫

Was it 7 teaspoons or tablespoons of Almond Butter to the water for Almond Milk? ❤ You could shred your chicken in the sauce with your hand held mixer and then add the spinach. Refrigerator looks amazing. I change to water for each batch of produce I wash so I’m not washing the produce in dirty water from the previous produce or berries. Just and FYI
