Good for you with your efforts to stay off meds, exercise is so simple and cheap! We have a border collie and she and I try to walk 5 to 10 miles every day, we've altered our diet a little, I've lost 40 lbs over 2 years never felt better in years.

When your pool cover fills with water and debris on top you will wish you had a flotation device in the middle holding the cover up so you can pump off the water in the spring.

For the pool, we used to put five or six tire tubes in pool and then put the cover on. Then the cover wouldn’t hold the rain and snow plus the dirt.

This video was great. Wes is maturing into a young man. Reminds me when I was his age, working with grandpa. I marvel at both Wes and Austin, remembering when they were younger.
