PTSD, post traumatic stressed disorder. We all have it from something in our lives. Some more than others because we all process things differently. It's real so make sure to be understanding of why people feel different ways. Jumping in a pool, hearing an argument, or walking through a neighborhood can cause it. Being understanding, listening and experiences can help to being someone out of this. But don't expect it to happen in one day. It can take time. Never pressure someone to "get over it" or tell then "it's ok to get over it" because it's not up to you, it's up to them. But it helps to allow them to process what they feel. Let them temper how it is and how far they want to go. Very nice for allowing her to voice and feel her way through this. You don't know how she feels but it helps to listen.

My city!! Now im living in Europe but my Dream Is to come back there to live. Such a experience with all the Natural places around the city. If you want cold, Minca, if you want beaches you have tons of fantastic places, the Tayrona, palomino, Don Diego etc etc .. I love that sunsets in taganga.... But the most beautiful: the people.

I am commenting 3 years later but I absolutely love your Colombia videos. I don’t know why I haven’t subscribed earlier. Your videos have helped me so much and guided me through my travels. I am currently in Santa Marta and I absolutely love it here. I’m staying in an area called Gaira and renting a condo facing Playa Salguero. It truly is a dream. It’s quiet and secluded. When I want a little bit of action, I just hop on a bus and go downtown or take a quick 25 minute walk to Rodadero.. I was downtown yesterday and I’ll make a point to stop at the Bob Marley place next time. Great job on the video, you have an excellent positive vibe. You connect so well with people and you always have great company in your videos😊 PS. You’re a little lady is adorable. Her English is great and so is your Spanish.😊😊
