8pm in Whangarei NZ, and just finished watching another great episode of Ashville, looking forward to see you shifting into the new Yard!!. Daniel, I feel your pain, as I would lose cards slipping down underneath the car seats, and thinking I had lost them, quickly canceled them.... only for colleagues to find them the next day! (typically I would lose them in work cars). Sad that your landlord isn't contacting you regarding the extra few weeks of leasing the existing yard, even if you have been reaching out to them. if anything, it shows that you were aware of the issue, and while you were out of the country, you were by no means unable to be contacted. Hopefully that sorts itself out.

Good video! Love the way that the new train tracks are going in - fascinating to watch. Pity yur frmer landlrd desn't want to talk, so keep shifting that plant ASAP! If you load your debit or credit cards onto your iPhone, then even if you lose them and cancel them for replacement, they still work until the replacement is actived on your iPhone. I was a sceptic of loading my cards onto my phone, until one of mine stopped working and I needed a replacement - tough lesson learnt quickly - Good Luck!

I noticed from the map of the old and new site that you put up, that there is a fence at the back where you keep the plant hire machines. Would it not be easier to take that fence down and then take all the stuff through to the new site, and that way you don't have to drive round every time you move equipment in to the new site or, are you already doing that? (it probably isn't as simple as my explanation but, I just wondered about it)

Re: supplier invoices (that Terry has to manually look,at) Daniel, your system should allow you to create purchase orders or works orders (for labour elements) - when you then receive an invoice it should match the price and description of the PO or WO. That way if the price is out it gets flagged, but all other invoices can be added quickly by accounts teams and paid.

I just saw Channel 4 - Dispatches use a clip of Daniel when he had his car broken into in Central London. It was the time when Daniel cleaned up the glass. Channel 4 used several creators clips and they were brief. They have blurred and changed your voice. The cheeky buggers should have just asked for an interview with Dan :). Anyway, it’s called ‘Britain’s Unsolved Crimewave | Dispatches | Channel 4 Documentaries’ (Dans clip is at 20:30 approx, it’s only several seconds). Wow Dan 🤯 it's alot going on this week and it will continue to go on. This is good because your reward and greatness is on the otherside😊. I find it insulting that that company is still giving you a hard time with payment, they want a payment plan that will take 7.2 years yet it didn't take the Ashville team 7.2 years to complete the work. The old landlord is really trying to squeeze as much money he can get even though they don't want to keep you as a tenant. Karma is really going to bite them.
