Most large businesses have had similar problems while growing and give away masses of equity or sell off parts of the business. I do t understand why people are so keen to see others fail and make everything be negative.

Daniel, I greatly appreciate your efforts in making such quality videos! The content in your videos exhibits the highest level of dedication and commitment in the construction industry. It is a prime example of how to run construction and construction-related businesses. I am genuinely enthused and intrigued by what you do, and I find an unlimited supply of motivation and inspiration in your videos for building and growing my business. I've been watching your videos for years, and it's people like you, Mr. Ashville, who truly understand what it means to be honest and hardworking and positively reinforce the construction industry. You are the definition of a leader and a pioneer. I look up to you and thank you so much for all you've done and continue to do! It's Saturday morning, I'm in the office, and I'm working on building my business bigger and better than ever! (I hope you don't mind if I borrow your mantra :)

Making my Sunday morning great! I used to work in construction (Stucco and Stone) and have since graduated college and have become a Software Engineer for the last 5 years now. I sometimes miss the construction world. The camaraderie, feeling of a days work well done, etc. I do not miss the danger (scaffolding related mainly) and pay. Have thought numerous times of starting up a small business offering construction services but think this type of endeavor takes more focus and dedication than what I imagine a small side hustle requiring. Until a decision is made on what I decide to do with that, I watch Daniel for inspiration. Thanks for the content man!

I know that feeling with software, I usually get told we are getting some software out of no where I'm like how does it communicate to X, Y and Z... Its funny when I'm in system aquirement meetings and I can really dig into the external software, the results is that I want X while others want Y. Sometimes you have to fight to say X will be better long term because it integrates with all the other systems even though Y may look prettier or they say they can do everything (Usually it can't do the majority of things or it can in certain scenarios). Really enjoyed that comment you made about the systems though (I'm an MI and Business Intelligence lead which is why it hits home)! Great video as always!

If the projector is an issue, Have you considered a short throw projector, such as VPL-VZ1000ES. Alternatively, the cost of OLED or Quantum LED screens at this size is becoming justifiable. I'm in no position to say what is the right solution for your client but perhaps it's worth not defaulting to a Projector for something be considered a Cinema Room on future considerations.

for the projector - could you move it forward? another option (cost dependant) is that a few TV companies have started selling 115" TVs :D - could forgo the projector and just put in an actual monstrous TV

I heard RO wastes water. I looked into it about 15 years ago. RO then steam distilled, then adding minerals back into the decontaminated water is a lengthy process but you get "good" water at the end of it.
@MalcolmCrabbe11 ай бұрын
Modern RO units run around 4:1, so for every litre of RO water four is "wasted", but if you collect the "waste" water it can be used for other things such as watering garden plants, filling toilet cisterns etc. However I would not recommend drinking anything more than water after the membrane (3rd stage) as further stages remove so much from the water that when drunk will draw calcium etc from the body and thus over time cause further health issues.

Hi Dan, I was wondering if you had considered a water distiller for your water purification system. All dissolved particles, good and bad are removed. The beauty of it is you can then add the good stuff back

Lifting chains should NEVER be used with a top angle of more than 120 degrees, no matter how little the weight is. The forces in those chains when they are near horizontal will scare the pants of you. Obviously, feel free to ignore this comment, just giving a tip. I've seen chains break like that and it's not a pretty sight.
