Love the advice, the last 20+ years made it a nightmare for an average person to buy a property - because of all the money printing and availability of "leverage" (underwritten by the taxpayer) which created sellers market, so what we need to do now is we need to make financing even more widely available. So that prices go even higher up and property "moguls" can enjoy even higher profits.

@@ibexdnb2879 yes less people in future going to come and be living in london the city of london trading busness after brexit transision will be lost to paris and frankfurt population will fall from 8.2 mill back to 7 mill over next 5 years and the south east people will sell and move north and west londons rise in last 40 years is over london property and land values over valued by half rents already falling comercially and residential and hs2 will not be a railway even though tunnelings starts soon under the chilterns for 11 miles you can put many things through tunnel rumour is the birmingham to london section will be a electric truck highway with induction chargeing is it darren i forgot he will be ok hes supplying aggregate and trucks and his upmarket flats to rent the rich will still pay they wont be taxed to be poor but i will just say these two dudes as good as they are they have not lived through multiple reccesions in busness and this is a different kind of recession a double dip depression recessin a leveling up rebaleceing of our unbalenced economy

good video but this more commerical then resistential. it would be good to focus on resi deal etc and do a talk on commerical. but very good video, it helps to know people in the industry. With construction alot of projects are won on relationship and other then that programme and cost. Deliever early and within cost with a good aftercare you will go far.
