Yes, I agree, Bailey is trying to set boundaries. You can see when he tries to put Ricky's nose in his mouth and he always licks him on top of the nose whereas rocky is licking below the mouth on Bailey to show respect. but every now and then you can see a glimpse of Bailey softening to him when he is sleeping and he just looks like he loves the little guy ;)
