In October 1985, three-year-old Prince William and one-year-old Prince Harry took part in a photoshoot with their parents, Prince Charles, Prince of Wales, and Diana, Princess of Wales, at Kensington Palace. Playing piano together, toddler Harry caused his older brother to cry out by standing on his toes. A volatile situation de-escalated, however, when Prince William gave his little brother a kiss on the head.

As a guy, I can tell you why they are at loggerheads. Guys and girls are different. Guys will have a full-on fight, and try to kill each other, but will be having a laugh and a beer twenty minutes later. They get it "out of their system". Women hold a grudge and it will carry for a long time. In my experience, 9 times out of 10, when two guys fall out and become estranged, it is because of a woman. In this case, I think it started with Kate and Meghan not getting along. Each brother then feels compelled to defend their wife. William and Harry fell out because Kate and Meghan fell out first.
