For the strainer thing you can just use a normal one. You put it inside the pot and hold the sides so the water drains but the noodles stay in the pot. It's a lot easier than pouring them in the strainer separately.

I would rather use a spoon Why it’s better and cooler then a masher -Caused less then one dollar -Does not get the mashed food stuck in between the gadget 🤦🏽‍♀️ - Use it too eat the food after done mashing - easy to wash Why the food masher gadget is NOT cool You would have to get all the food in between the masher out, most likely losing half of the food you mashed. You can find a masher like this anywhere and it would be more expensive for shipping... You would have to to do the same amount of work using a spoon, the masher is a spring-like structure that would increase the pain of your wrist trying to pull it down and up.... With that being said... _i think i’ll stick with a spoon_ 🤠🥄

Instead of an instant pot, my dad recently got this thing called a sous vide. Basically you fill a bow or pot with water, and put the food you want to cook in a ziplock bag. You set the sous vide to a given temperature for the thing you’re cooking, then leave it like that for an allotted amount of time. Last week we made steak with it, and set the sous vide to 131 degrees Fahrenheit for 3ish hours. When we took it out, it was perfect,cooked all the way through, and you just had to grill each side for probably 30 seconds each. A sous vide is about 130 American dollars, but that’s much cheaper than the pot, which was 999 American dollars. Seriously recommend you try it out.
