Edward Sizzahands has created wigs for celebrities like RuPaul and Tiffany Haddish, and is most known for his work with drag queens. He crafts these wigs using everything from chicken wire to Gorilla Glue. We visited his studio as he brought a fantasy wig to life for Trinity The Tuck Taylor.

It’s what happens when you grow up a certain way in a certain time period. She came around and even has short, purple colored hair. She was doing what she thought was right to protect her young black son. Doesn’t make it right what she did but as a parent we all try our best even when it isn’t the greatest best.

its ridiculous how many times ive been told my parents did a bad job at raising me because they let me be who i wanted to be. i never had religion, gender roles, etc pushed onto me as a kid, my parents wanted me to discover who i was all by myself. and ive been told countless times that was poor parenting on their end because "id just end up confused" or "id end up being a rebel or a criminal". im 20 years old now and work full time as a special needs aide so i dont think the whole "rebellious criminal" thing ever really happened lol. my parents raised me right and more parents should do what they did.

@@mukundkanodia8817 My husband and I do what we love and we are not only fulfilled but well off. We are early 40’s and set to retire in the next couple of years. And no, it’s not luck, saying that takes away from the work and dedication people put into what they do. If you have a passion, plus you’re smart, ambitious, have ingenuity and creativity you can absolutely turn it into a realty. Work smart, not necessarily hard.

Very helpful. I don't think that people have to be gay just because they love doing hair or making wigs. Some are just born to be creative. Doing hair is a great and well needed job. I have met many men who were just the best beauticians pound for pound.

Wonderfully creative ! Back when I was young & poor I used Christmas Angel Hair to make Halloween wigs and to make chaps I used leather from a sofa someone discarded on the street. Regarding acceptance by your parents….I have found that even though they say they love and accept you….the true test is if you are invited to family events….my nieces & nephews graduated, got married and had children without ever inviting me to share in their lives. The lesson here is to love yourself and not depend on others for your happiness ! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT VIDEO !
