I love the sun burst technique, I was taught this by my guides before meeting Mariya and I call it a “burn.” It’s extremely useful for my energy as I can pick up gunk (like paper towels) and once I burn I get a fresh roll 😄 I also love sun-gazing and have done it since childhood. I love squinting to see the rainbows in my eyelashes. I also love sun bathing in my secluded yard where I can let the sun shine on everything 😉 I’m in the PNW so I will often run outside when the sun peeps out from clouds and in the winter I take baths outside. I use the waterfall visualization almost daily and the violet flame occasionally, although every time I’m amazed at its usefulness and power. So I’m inspired to make it a part of my routine.

Wow! I was so surprised that I share most of the same morning and evening rituals. I have not done the sun burst or sun gazing but I do plan to try those! The part that surprised me was checking in with your twin flame. I was awakened by mine in 2020, and we don’t communicate on the 3D level anymore. I’ve been focusing on my own healing and spiritual path as I thought that was what I was meant to do in order to release attachment to the physical person. I have a quick question and I mean absolutely no disrespect in any way by asking this. Do you consume alcohol? Does alcohol or cannabis inhibit spiritual growth?

Hello dear, I don’t drink alcohol. When I had my awakening, my guides were very clear that alcohol was not an option, in fact that was the only thing they suggested that I quit, it really lowers vibrations and pollutes your vessel. Cannabis can be a helper but it is also a crutch and cannot be a substitute for doing your own work to connect.

One anecdote to mention: My guides said that the amount of progress you can make without alcohol in 1 month is equivalent to 2 years with alcohol - a pretty significant difference.
