For me, niches/categories/boxes are not just a type of video (advice, vlog, ...) but a feeling : when I want to laugh I'll watch certain people/type of videos, when I want to learn things, when I want inspiration for something, (for something specific or for life), when I'm feeling stressed, I'll watch specific people as well. Whether it's a vlog, a sit down video or other, your videos are calming, inspiring, and I appreciate that you share some of your struggles. I guess I'm trying to say, don't feel too pressured to do a certain type of video because who you are has a huge positive impact on people, so be yourself and we'll be here for you!!

ALSO! I went on a girl's trip a few weeks ago and we were all getting dressed to go out to dinner and I wasn't feeling cute in anything (probably because I was comparing myself to the other girls there) and we all started talking about it and my friend said "what I say to myself when I'm not feeling cute is "okay but why do I need to be cute?"" and honestly that just hit me for some reason. Because I couldn't really answer it. We don't need to be cute... that's not why our friends and family love us. We're here to do more than "be cute." And besides that, we're probably the only one noticing that we're feeling off. I know that might not always help when you're feeling down, but it did put things into perspective for me. Hey Michelle! Just a suggestion... Bloating can be due food... Not saying that you're eating the wrong things, because you seem to eat balanced. I would suggest looking into food combinations, so eating things like yams and broccoli together can cause bloating/indigestion/etc. Check out food combinations! 💜👍
