The QC Earbuds II have mind-blowingly good ANC. Their ANC is not only the best in the earbuds world, but it is even better than any over ear headphones to this date. I tested them against the Bose QC45 and Sony XM4. With these state-of-the-are over ear headphones I was still able to hear a very very slight rumbling coming from the compressor of the fridge, which is already very impressive. But that noise was gone with the QC earbuds II. Same goes with noise types like chatting people etc. The QC Earbuds II kicks everything out of the water.

Yeah, some peers of mine have been testing them and they said that the ANC broke the chart. They had to extend it and add more numbers, lol.

I have the Bose QC EB II, Sony XM4 and Bose QC45. I can tell you the QC EB II sound is on par with them and imo better than Sony's bass heavy muffled soundstage. The ANC even surpasses both over ear headphones. It has the best ANC money can buy at the moment.

I’ve had these for a few weeks now I was so torn between them and the airpod pros… but boy am I glad I went with these! Sure there is some features that are missing but hands down one of the best purchases I have ever had. I love the simplicity of the app as well. Sometimes the connection can be annoying and weirdly seems to sometimes get confused when in mono mode and switches to stereo. But ANC, stability, good sound and comfort was really what I was looking for and it still always amazes me how good they are at blocking out sound. From hearing the trees blowing in the distance to complete silence is mind blowing. The bass is incredible and you get a really wide stereo mix as well. Also calls are just fine people can always hear me well and I can hear them well. Hopefully future updates will fix the minor issues but overall very happy. Top notch Bose 🤙

I like them a lot. Super comfortable in the ear and sturdy, and doesn’t irritate my ears at all. The sound quality is great and love the bass, but for the price i think the overall sound could be a little fuller. I feel when adjusting the eq the mids are either way too bright, or way too deep when raising or lowering. Definitely did a great job on bass and treble and being able to hear other things in the song though, and even the sound doesn’t get muddy or irritating after listening for a while. Imo, these should probably be worth about $200, which still doesn’t mean they are bad earbuds at all, I just feel the Bose brand is way over valued.

I like what apple and bose are doing comfort wise. The eartips arent jammed deep inside your ears. It just lays on top of the ear yet still providing excellent ANC and sound quality. But what steered me to the APP2 is that its tight, jack of all trades master of none. Bose sounds warm and rich but depending on your preference might be a bit weird when listening to podcasts or watching movies. Also i love the stability bands on the bose. I hate the feedback that it produces everytime you have to readjust it. Its ear piercing. Also i hate that they left our features like independent bud use till later this year with a FW update.
@ThisIsTechToday2 жыл бұрын
Yeah, they both have great things going on. As for the feedback, I'm not experiencing that issue and I can use the earbuds independently. Where are you hearing that that isn't the case? @BrotherHanan2 жыл бұрын
Haven't watched yet (busy day), but got excited when I saw your vid pop up. I'm not an audiophile, but while shopping earbuds, I've come to really love your videos! I've had the Jabra 75t, 85t, Galaxy Buds l, Buds 2, and Buds 2+, and Sony Linkbuds S. Just picked up these Bose QC2's, and I think these and the Linkbuds are overall grand slams (but the Linkbuds have major Bluetooth range issues). In the QC2's, however, I feel the loud noise protection feature is a bit too zealous, as it seems to apply the muffling effect (muffles both environmental and phone audio sounds) when it transitions into a phonecall, or when moderate sounds so occur (like closing a car door), and sometimes when I'm taking. My main issue is that whenever I answer a call, it will actually dull the first few moments of the call, and sometimes bits during the call when there aren't loud noises, so I'll have to have the person I'm talking to repeat themselves. I find that when I pause my media using the trap gestures, it usually won't play again with the gesture, so I'll have to pull out my phone to continue. Aside from those problems, these are the best headphones I've ever had. range is fantastic, music& podcasts sound great. But, I'll about, the first issue I mentioned really takes should the Transparency Mode and phonecalls for me.
@ThisIsTechToday2 жыл бұрын
Oh, yes. That loud noise thing is true. Zealous is a great word. It is a bit sensitive to those noises so it definitely will pump into ANC when it hears that. One could say it's not as natural, and I agree, but I find it pretty incredible that they're able to do it so fast. They may need to chill it out a bit, so we'll see if we get a setting or an adjustment with a future firmware update. I'll have to keep those issues you talked about in mind for the in-depth comparison and review. I've had some play pause issues, but those are iOS 16 issues as I'm encountering that with every earbuds I've used, including Apple's own.

I must have got two faulty pairs. I got these along with some other headphones to compare. I use music I listen to as well as my own mixes, and to me, these were muddy as hell compared to the Sennheisers. Compared to anything really. All they had going for them was the bass. And you said the Sennys were muffled. So idk if both of mine were defective or if we have wildly different perspectives on the definition of muffled lol.

However, you also say you'll be giving your "impression" of the product, which in my mind is exactly what a "review" is. Using terms like "review," "impression," and "showcase" does not change the fact that you're admittedly violating your own policy, so I don't see how this "video" or "impression" or "showcase" or "review" can be taken seriously.

which are better between these and linkbuds s? which are more comfortable? i have the sony and i would like to change to these or i was looking for the pixel buds pro
@ThisIsTechToday2 жыл бұрын
"Better" is a complicated word. In what ways? Linkbuds S are smaller, Bose QuietComfort Earbuds II have WAY better ANC and Transparency mode, Sound comes down to what sound you prefer. What sound do you prefer? Here's my pixel buds pro review. You've asked me about this multiple times. It's better if you watch the videos because you'll get more information than I could type: kzbin.info/www/bejne/g53aq3SJd86WiLs Here's a playlist of all of my audio review videos. Hello, I just got my QC Ultra eairbuds. They feel great and fit perfect, but I have one problem. They edmit white noise, so if I’m not playing music, there is a shssssss sound, because of this I can’t use theme in bed, or just use them to block out sound, hope someone can help, this is sooooo frustrating..

Can you please help me by making a video with the issue I'm facing and it's a common issue with qc ii: In aware mode, the noise cancelling is off in one bud but working half way on the other bud making me feel like I'm hearing the outside through one ear only The second issue is uneven volume between left and right. Please ask Bose to fix both issues with software update since you have millions of followers, they will hear from you. Note, I can't return my buds cause I'm outside the US. Thanks.

Can anyone check up on this. One of my earbuds, the right one, doesn't fit very well. The left one fits perfect. I can't seem to notice any difference in my ear. Is this something other people experience too? I have the Large wingtips and the Medium earbuds.

Yeah, those options make sense. They try to just sit in the ear and hang on from the eartip themselves. This should fit WAY better.

Thank you for your insights on the QC II. I have the Soap Stone colorway on preorder, which I'm anticipating to get middle October. I have the original QC Earbuds and was sold on the ANC capability. The sound quality is classic Bose. I also like the original QC for the option to have the touch control for skipping tracks. I like the ability to just play/pause. Other earbuds that I've used, they're either too sensitive or not sensitive enough on the touch controls, both resulting in skipping tracks (I primarily listen to podcasts when using the earbuds). The QC II has the track skip touch feature as an always on feature without the ability to turn that off. I'm hoping this won't be an issue. Regardless, looking forward to putting the QC II through the ringer.

And you won't dislike the ANC. It blows any competition outa the water, even over ears like the Bose QC45 or Sony's XM4 and XM5.

For me it's Bose, and always has been regardless of case size, battery life, earbud weight and Knowing there earbud fit is actually painful for anything over 2 hours. Because what's important to me is the quality of sound. It's their specific sound and how by default it's accustom to my preference of music taste by delivering very well on the top end of the frequencies to hear clear, delicate intricacies amongst specifically percussion that too much bass could/would easily drown out. The bass can always be adjusted to support various genres and tuned well beyond if needed and that's always been the case with media player EQ or by the Bose app. The noise cancelling is very impressive on both ends, especially when it's achieved by in ears. I also like headphones that amplifies my surroundings well when needed and delivers me a good sense of awarenesses. But that's my preference of EQ and how I choose which brand of headphones to go with. You should always buy which product emphasizes and supports your style of music best. That's of course you buy headphones primarily to listen to music. There's no such thing as "best" when it comes to this stuff. Someone can't force a sound on me i know isn't right for me or convince me it's better. "Wah wah wah Yeh but my case is .5cm smaller and has 3 hours more charge" These things are getting stupid small now, that larger case by .5Cm or extra 4hours of case charge isn't going to be an issue at any point in someone's Day to day life, not with how accessible USB/power sockets are plus with quick charge, I actually miss having the case size of the QC I as it told me battery levels which I would like to know. In fact overall i would prefer a slightly bigger case if it were to offer stronger protection to my £250 product and a slightly longer battery/added features. Most kids who own these products won't know the days of struggle spending £12 on a multi pack of AA batteries for about a Weeks worth of play on a personal CD player , let alone the quality of the headphones...don't even go there It's now features for the sake of having features.

Bose I love the new product, but what I don’t love is the lack of independent use of each earbud. There is a hack you can use to utilize the left earbud, but we need a software update in order to correct this.
@ThisIsTechToday2 жыл бұрын
I keep hearing this but I've never had an issue with using them independently. I use one earbud at a time often out of habit. Where are people talking about this issue?
