I cannot imagine the pain this lady and the families involved have had to endure for 36 years. My heart goes out to all involved 😢

Beyond the horror of the crime, the incalculable pain and loss these families have experienced, the justice denied for SO LONG is so unfair. Rest in peace, Nicola and Karen. Sending wishes for healing and peace for these families.

My God. Don't forget that Martin Bashir destroyed some evidence as well, BBC had to sort a settlement. I can't imagine what these families had to go through. Plus the others going through this. When the system fails it is horrendous and detrimental. The state should provide compensation for these families as well. God bless these familes.

She must be very strong to have survived through all that suffering. No one deserves what she has been through. Such horror. I am going to buy the book to show her how much we all support her and wish her well.

Imagine asking if writing a book helped them 'get over the ordeal' of having their kids murdered. Wtf

Well it sucks that she didn't get to get that closure for all of these years... but at least hopefully she can a little bit now. Amazing after so many years that they still worked on this case. Sending my love to this beautiful woman. ❤

Andy and Rochelle, great pair, they listen, don't interupt and are not trying to constantly be in the limelight, a credit.

Such a disgusting comment. I’ve never got over this as I was 13 at the time and lived in Brighton. My heart goes to both families. Amazing mother reclaiming the narrative.

Karen was a childhood friend.. we used to play together and her loss is still felt .. the pain of that time is still raw ..at 47 I often think of her and live life to the fullest for her 💔 I remember being at her house and her mum ironing and us being excited for the upcoming school disco .. heartbreaking 💔🙏

Is that the school disco Karen got a ticket for? It was going to be on the Friday evening? I'm so sorry. It must have been surreal and horrible for the rest of you kids at the time

Get over the ordeal?! You serious?! OMG! No, of course writing the book wouldn't help them "get over it!". You don't! It's your children FFS. You learn to live alongside it. I'm not sure how but you do, but you certainly never get over it 🙄😡

Many people when faced with such situations don’t know how to word things and say things to people who have gone through such terrible ordeals. It’s not a “normal” thing so it’s hard for outsiders to know what to say. Of course there is no way anyone could ever get over what happened.
