This is an incredibly shocking story, I can’t even imagine how devastated this family is. My heart felt condolences to them all. I whole heartedly agree that there needs to be tougher sentences for violent crimes and I am stunned that given this violence through use of a gun, that the courts did not proceed with this as at the very least a manslaughter case, 2 months for shooting a child is ridiculous. Our justice system needs to change and change soon. 😢

Can we talk about that sentence please - completely absurd he just is made to serve 3 YEARS. Should be 30years. Disgusting. CPS/ Police need to do better.

It was an air riffle but he modified it so it would become very powerful but you would need a licensee for that but he didn’t have one cos he’d knew he wouldn’t be allowed cos of an accident with his hands
