This is an extremely strange case. What evidence do the police have that it's the husbsnd? It could be that she's writing the emails to herself, right? I've heard of people who fake a stalker for attention, but I've never heard of a husband or boyfriend doing the stalking. I wonder why he did it? I can't see anyone, especially him, benefit from this strange behavior.

He took a photo of an airport sign claiming he was fleeing the country, and officials traced it then reviewed the airports CCTV camera footage and saw him there taking the photo himself. Plus he confessed..

It is a strange case..however there are many cases where husbands/boyfriends do stalk their partner.
