Sadly true that if James had shared his demons before or in the early days of the show he would not have won. Hard I am sure for him to deal with - and it must have been so hard - but I am so very glad James managed to get through it - what talent he has. And it will always be a rollercoaster probably because for those of us who experience depression and anxiety, it doesn't go away because you have people telling you you shouldn't feel that way. You DO.
