I just saw the walls breaking down & I instantly remembered Joon’s Come back to me where he finally gets out of the mazes of his mind but unlike Joon, Jin’s mind is not too cluttered & complicated. It’s just one room coz as Jin says he doesn’t like to live nor in the past or future but he has broken down the walls now & has no boundaries after finishing enlistment. I would like to think that there are no ceilings because they’ve already broken the glass ceiling & sky is the limit now🙌

So there's a behind photo that shows a canopy over the set with a sliver of blue sky showing. The whole thing was definitely shot in a random field.

I have seen that photo. I'm sure that, most likely, the whole thing was shot and recorded in a field, but the existence of the photo really only confirms that *some* of the video was shot in a field. I am really hoping that they release a shoot sketch for this, I am dying to know.

@@ThisRoscoe If you look closely at Jin, there is a little spike of hair over his right ear that you can see clearly in the beginning close up shots as well as towards the end (zoom in) as the walls begin to drop. It would seem that his hair/makeup artist would have touched up his hair if the video was shot in two locations. The spike of hair is seen throughout the entirety so my guess is one location???

I love the live version better because it feels more intimate and emotional with their added twist to the original repertoire which makes it more personal as well. Jin is my vocal bias and Suga and Hobi are my vocal bias wreckers. Somehow their voices seems to get me emotional most easily. In regards to the set, I could be wrong but I think they actually did it outdoors. If not, the ending part at least.

I'm with you, loving Jin's silver voice coming through clearly; totally over the moon that he is singing the adlibs live - his adlibs in most BTS songs have been kept in the backing track (necessarily so, because too difficult to sing live while they're hopping and whirling around but still). "This means something" and I'm rubbing my hands together in anticipation of the directorly analysis coming up. Yes, possible that the last scene will segue into an opening in Running Wild. I watched it again. Third viewing. This time I'm sure it was filmed on a set with full front lighting. Look at the guitarist on Jin's right. Where is his shadow? Its behind him on the floor. Whete is Jin's shadow when he's singing with the stand up mic. Jin's shadow is on the floor behind him too. And yes, BTS does use green screens. But rarely.

Ok. You get obsessed. And so do I sometimes because of my theatre training. I watched it again after I wrote my theory below. Second viewing. I have even more proof. The opening shot. He is sitting down on that bench seat facing the opposite wall. He has full face lighting. But, if he was outside the sunshine coming from the window would not be hitting his face. It's the wrong angle. He is sitting opposite a wall where no sunshine can shine on him. And now for the final proof. He holds up his 3 fingers. And from his right hand, I see shadows of his fingers on his neck. The shadows could only have that placement if he was getting full front facial lighting. Not lighting from the window's sunlight. I think I really proved it this time. It's just a theory from IdeaGirl. Oh, and I know Gino didn't send you that package. I figured that out...a long time ago. The ideagirl sleuth.

I watched the live clip again. First viewing after watching your reaction. I watched the real live clip. My viewing wasnt from your video reaction. Supposedly, there is sunlight coming in from outside through the window. Thus, the shadow on the wall of the drummer and drum set. Look at Jin's position. He is standing on a "separation" line. There is a wall on his right. No sunlight is shining through the window on him. Or coming in past the wall line. However, he has a fully lit face. If he was getting his light from the outside sun from his right, only the right side of his would be lit. With a shadow, a darker lighting, showing on the left side of his face. Right? Please respond with your ideas on my theory.
