With the explore air 2 there is a “faux leather (paper thin)” setting it works way better and cuts twice! But if you have a new blade you need to turn the pressure to “less” because it will cut your mat.

What glue is good for Metallic holographic faux leather I make some boys and hot glue and tacky glue did not work when I put the small bow on top of the big one

I may would try a little bit of E6000, and a clamp for that. A clothes pin would work just fine to clamp it together until the glue sets up.

I would put a bit of E6000 on them, and then glue them to the bow that way. That glue is pretty strong.

I myself prefer the rotary blade, it just seems like it makes smoother cuts when turning corners or curves

When you cut pebbled leather, it will look like that sometimes. It is the fabric. Not the machine.

Leatherette or faux leather for fabric setting , depth of 10 for blade, 2 to 3 passes and speed I believe on mine is 33 :)
