The Las Leonas series by Adriana Herrera is also very fun historical romances with POC characters (I think all were interracial) by a Latinx author and the second one is sapphic

Heads up; That Time I Got Drunk is definitely more on the paranormal erotica side of the ‘fantasy romance’ scale. I think calling it ‘cozy’ as I’ve heard some people do (not you) is pretty misleading. This book is kinky and funny, but not cozy. I was so confused when the content warnings said ‘light BDSM’ 😅
