This helped me to know not to waste 180 dollars. I’ll stick with a cheaper one since I don’t mind slow charging if I’m outside anyway. Plus the cheaper one was smaller so that’s likely the real reason it was slower. But it’s also more compact so that’s better

Yeah, I was surprised it did that well. Maybe a full charge in 4-5 hrs or so. Good in an emergency. Looks like about 5W.. not too bad.

Exactly 💯 what I'm thinking.. 1/3 the charge rate and 12x cheaper. Just buy 2 and run them in parallel if you ever want faster charging. They cost under $20 @ 30w and easier to move around and replace if needed..

It wasn't really a fair comparison. I will say if any of you are prepers and looking for an energy source incase our grid goes down, don't bother with any of the handheld solar chargers or even the hand crank chargers. Get at least a 200w solar charger and a power station to store all the power. Anything less will be an absolute waste of money I promise
