It’s not for a lack of reason. The Argentine league has been mismanaged for decades and it’s terrible atm. A decade ago they added 10 teams, and now we have 30 fucking teams in the first division, AFA changes the format every 6 months, Chiqui Tapia (the head of AFA) cancels relegations haphazardly, weeks before the end of the season, for political favors to get re-elected, final matches are haphazardly canceled or added. It’s completely unserious. As a league, the Brasileirao is much better, with 20 teams and everyone fighting for something. 6 go to libertadores, 6 go to sudamericana, and 4 are relegated
