0:59 bwaap there are certain areas in seirai island where u can feed the cats! - you have to get the invigorating kitty meal recipe as part of the asase shrine daily questline - there are bowls placed around asase shrine where u can feed the cats using this recipe! - for the rest of seirai island, I've only found one bowl (iirc it's in fort hiraumi, if u play in english the location point is just to the left of the word 'fort'), but if you feed that cat 4 times, you get a precious chest :3 edit: location of the bowl that gives a precious chest
