Its more easy do the repeticions... i dont like.. Its the same do Bench Press with Slingshot!. ... what its the point in a competicion of strenght wars? Its cheating. If he use...all need used too. I can finish the exercies with that in 30 seconds less...... and my power its more up. (Sorry english , i from argentina!)

We don't care about straps. I almost broke one of my fingers during squat while i wanted to re-rack the bar. So thats why i decided to use the straps in order to relieve my bleeding finger. check out tnt deadlift challenge on youtube. I pulled 13 reps at 250 kg with ease. Without straps. I am a blacksmith. Strong forearmes are our main tool. Thanks for reading this. More commenting about my battles will come from my side, soon.

Was the Thomas' dumbell lift proper? Resting it high on the shoulder, then he just needs to rotate it and lift very little. Besides that, nice to see both finishing the parkour.
