ImaElf53 It’s because they have to promote the BWBA Era. Nia took Edward’s place, and Rebecca took Henry’s place in the main cast. The cast change was due to feminists complaining about a major lack of women in the series.

About a week ago I saw something similar to this in the Trackmaster Push Along line. I found it at the Farmers store at Tauranga Crossing. Farmers is a higher-end department store chain on our side of the Tasman Sea. As well as the seven engines in this Minis pack, the TMPA pack also included Harold the Helicopter, Victor and Kevin. I didn't get that pack because a) I hate the way the TMPA James looks, b) it was 70 New Zealand dollars and c) I already have the TMPA Thomas, Percy and Rebecca.

Diecast engines I think it’s probably to show off the signature shape of her real life counterpart, a Southern Railway West Country “Battle of Britain” steam engine. Her tender is also a unusual shape and has the “N.W.R.” initials, which I imagine could have been hard to fit onto the model. Funnily though, they did have a larger life-sized model of what could have been a prototype for her Minis model, and that large prototype did depict her tender.

Matthew Forman-Clark+ The Steam Team has been irrelevant for five years in 2013-2017. at least, Edward had the advantage of working as a supporting character more than a main character. he doesn't do much in Series 17-19. Series 4-7 nothing at all :/
