The losing the ball argument, ticks me off. The 6 role is for risks takers. Otherwise they play safe short passes or play back to the defense and so on.

Partey should always be in the team's first eleven and should be given the chance to play at least 60 to 70 minutes if only Arsenal wants to be consistent; trust me guys. His key passes , knows how to use the ball when necessary, sometimes slow but always sure to deliver great and always perfect in the midfield 😊. I think he should be given more grace to prove to the world he's a world class player 😊.

We still need a good #6 in the summer but not necessarily Partey replacement … I’ll rather the one player that comes in is a replacement for both outgoing Jorginho and Elneny I would love a Camavinga Or ZubiMendi to give rice and Partey Needed Rotational rest next season Partey injury all through this season will be beneficial to Arsenal next season … we will enjoy a fully fit Thomas Partey. No midfielder currently in the world can replace Partey efficiency and total presence in this Arsenal team Arsenal should give him 2-yrs contract with his one year left … even if we want to sell him 3-yrs from now , Italy or Saudi will still come for him and pay wholesomely a fee to Arsenal for Partey. Arsenal need to also buy Diomande from sporting , Portugal … To give Saliba and Gabriel the needed Rest/Rotation next season Arsenal need to buy 21-yrs old Williams from Athletic club to give saka needed rest/rotation next season … Williams is both feet player who can play on either flank excellently and he’s just 21-yrs old with 14-assist and 7-goals in the league this season That’s a total contribution , more than Jesus and Nketia combine … and he’s playing on the flanks … in fact , he’s outperformed Martineli and Trosaad as well … @just 21 and he’s no where close to finished/complete player which I believe he will become a monster under Mikel Tutelage Arsenal should also sell off Nketia and Jesus to free up wages and cash in big on both of them Replace both strikers with Joshua Zirkey from Bologna and Isaak from Newcastle Joshua zirkey will earn less than Nketia salary and he’s just 22 Isaak will earn less than Jesus salary and he’s also 24/25 Both are a very good investments which will yield instant results on the pitch for Arsenal and Isaak will have a resell value also which when he’s sold … it will pave way for chido obi martins who still have 3-yrs to 4yrs from now to enter our first 11 Isaak should be 29 by then and sellable for good profit. K-Tierny , Lokonga , Partino , Elneny, Cedric , Jorginho, Nketia , Jesus , (Mikel should persuade Ramsdale to stay) Sell if he choose not to stay All this names will generate transfer fee and also free high wages for Arsenal.

Good post. Unfortunately scouting at club level hardly matches fans expectations. Williams looks good, but that will kill Vieira progress and probably someone in the academy waiting to move up to 1st team. That's the reality sadly at club level

Many of us forget that there is a financial aspect to consider when evaluating players. Thomas Partey has not played many months due to his injuries. So how long will the club continue to pay so.eone who is unavailable most of the time. He is paid weekly but he has not played for months. I heard somebody calling him a sick note.

It's weird I REALLY don't see this increased composure. I think the opposite is true. Partey is a phenomenal player who has a bad habit of getting caught at terrible moments. Overall he's much better than Gorginho but you don't see Gorginho giving the ball to the opposition when he's the last man... EVER. If Partey fixed that aspect of his game he'd be the new Viera imo. I love him but every important game I kind of expect him to give an unforced goal scoring opportunity to the opposition.

Keep Partey as a stabilizer. It appears his team mates respect his presence and enjoy his style, as it brings the best in them. Take Saka and Odegard, even Jesus and Martinelli, they shine when Partey is in the team. They know where his passes can land snd how he can find them in the box. When the game is fast for Arsenals he slows it down to confuse oponents. Oposing team managers are afraid of his ability to destroy their formation. Take a critical look when he is playing, it is like a coach as he direct the players how to cover leaking spaces. That is his gift. Arteta should use Partey to develope a uoung midfielder like himself in the team. Partey can teach young midfielders his style if commissiond to do it, and it will save Arsenals millions!
