Partey is just built different. You agree or you don't none of the new signings are close to Partey and Odegaard. They are best in the league. Partey and Odegaard make everything tick. Rice looked little lost and clueless at times and same with Havertz but Timber is class apart it's clear. I think we should had signed Kudus before both Rice and Havertz. Kudus and Lavia are better options and more suited to our system than Havertz and Rice. Ik I'll get hate for the unpopular opinion but we haven't leveled up enough compared to the money spent.
