Thomas Sowell has a voice and people from various walks of life listen to him. We need more people with a mind like his and speaking up! And even common people speaking up without a tinge of self righteousness. Makes it listenable where people can actually ingest and chew on it before they make that quick uneducated judgement.

If your really like what Professor Sowell has to say buy four copies of his book; read one, give one to a be black friend, donate one to a public library and give one to a judge in the local Family Court. If you have the money, buy a case of his books and spread them around. It's good to say nice things, but why not put your money where your mouth is and get something accomplished.

We need many more like Sowell here in the States. Presumptuous intellectuals and opportunistic politicians will bring this country into some kind of pocket internal conflict where we end up as a 3rd world society. _ Good synopsis on Booker T. From what I remember, he's spot on. However, I think the concept of learning a trade lost out to the college degree in the American Black community. A shame. Very informative segment.

Out of all the jobs, professions, and small businesses I've owned in my life (And there have been many).... I was NEVER hired by a poor man, the owners of those businesses were rich.... Many of those rich people started out as I did, poor, broke guys with an idea and a dream of making it pay off, and the luck that let their hard work pay off.... It's easier to work for someone else than for yourself (and the times I tried it, I didn't quite work it out) because I couldn't get my ducks to line up.... I couldn't, but that's on me, I couldn't make it work out.... And I've had some good jobs in good professions where I started off at the bottom and worked my way up through the ranks.... But I never had a poor man hire me for a good job, PERIOD‼️😉‼️

I would think Thomas Sowell would be so inspiring to young people in not so much what he says as how he explains things so clearly with so many historical facts. More people should be inspired to put more effort into looking for facts without cherry picking to back up their viewpoints. Why young people don’t want that is beyond me. Thomas Sowell has been around for such a long time and few don’t even know who he is. That’s the real sad part today.

This issue of “tax the rich” is so misunderstood by the Left. They have such a small minded approach to taxation.
