Maybe you can try to sand down the track pieces with tape residue in them? Maybe the mold too, depending on how deep it is into the wood

2:21:20 Those Arrys are from Take n’ Play’s short lived Color Changers from 2013 (when color shifting toys were seemingly all the rage); when they’re placed in warm or hot water, the oil patch would disappear, and vice versa 🤓

you can never have too much rolling stock and turntables but you can have too many engines and roundhouse. imagine building a proper Henry’s tunnel with the correct number of 3 tunnelled lines. for discarded non-Thomas tracks, it is made of wood which means it can be recycled through organic waste bins. bins that businesses use to throw away uneaten fruits and vegetables can accommodate unwanted wood like tracks. it's handled the same as when tree trimmings get repurposed into mulch or bark chips for landscaping. that clickety-clack track definitely warrants scrubbing after a soap and water bath

I got a Flying Scotsman with just the 4472 tender in a Craiglist lot years ago. Still have yet to find an LNER coal tender 1:34:29 VIA Rail is the Canadian equivalent to Amtrak. This whistle was probably sold as a souvenir . So the people you got this from knew someone who rode a passenger train in Canada at some point. 1:57:10 I had that card game as a kid. Your goal was to get an engine, and a present, ticket, and envelope of each color. There were also troublesome trucks cards that were of no value, and switchman cards that let you switch a card with one from another player.

Bizarrely, a toy store in my country (the Netherlands) still had a 1998-esque Thomas on the pegs until sometime around 2005. You think he'd sell sooner, given that he's the most popular item.

Wait, I thought that the original style of Toad never had the magnets flipped. I know that the original Toad had his magnets so he'd be facing forward, which was the case with my original Toad, but I know the 2006 Toad had the magnets flipped so he'd be going backward. I didn't know they made later releases of the original Toad so he'd be facing backward.

Unfortunately I got Banned from Facebook Marketplace because there was a Glitch in the system last year that banned a bunch of accounts and I was affected by that. At least my dad can still Order stuff for me on Facebook Marketplace.
