Now, after a year and a half of intermittent fasting, a diet overhaul and exercise I’ve officially lost 103 lbs! For the first time since 8th grade I’m under 200 lbs! Thank you for everything you do! I've had severe health anxiety ever since I went into hospital for High Blood Pressure.I am obese and I started doing 24 to 48 hours fasting weekly depending on my mode. I go to the gym 5 days a week and I have lost 39 lbs(18kg) in about 2 and the half months. People are asking me if I am sick and it is depressing me and making my health anxiety worst with the feeling something is wrong and that's why i am losing much weight at a fast pace even thou i know I am putting in the work. I am still obese and want to lost more weight but the comments I am getting about being sick is discouraging me to continue and making my anxiety worst,when it was getting better.

I've recently lost 92 pounds in 9 months with intermittent fasting, keto and carnivore with daily collagen in my coffee too. My skin looks amazing! I made sure to hit my protein goals so I wouldn't lose my lean muscle - only the fat! I honestly think the intermittent fasting was key in keeping my skin looking like I never gained the weight. Great video and I'm a HUGE fan!

Hi Thomas 👋 I wanted to Thank you for the great info and inspiration. 8 months ago after years of depression I weighed 495 lbs. I have fasted almost every day. Most of the days were over 20 hrs. I also worked out 4 days a week at least 45 mins each time. Doing 20 min of cardio and weight lifting 💪 Now 8 months later following alot of your teachings I'm down to 397 lbs and lifting much heavier weights and 40 minutes of cardio. I'm proud of you, I hope all is still going well, You got this... I was 450 and have lost 170 pounds or 77 Kgs in like 15 months, I had to stop for 4 months December 21, and have a slight tear of quadricep, count the calories you eat, stick to the program... We both got this. Keep it up ❤❤💪💪

Thomas, thank you, your channel is gold. I'm a 55 yo female who started getting the menospread around the middle ,and starting to sag everywhere. I mean everything was falling south! I started fasting 16 to 19 hrs. I lost 10lbs within 2 weeks. I was also doing some light resistance trainingwith bands and walking. (BTW I hate working out) I added 1000 mg of Vitamin C along with my collegen building protein from Sunwarrior, just get this stuff! In reference to the extra skin, I started using organic cold pressed castor oil on my saggy areas and face. Wow big difference wrinkles, dimples and toned look. I swear I'm reverse aging !

I'm a 350 lb 50 year old man (who because of my weight is constantly misgendered), and this is my second attempt at Keto, the first time I had a dramatic weight loss then returned to my old habits. However, I soon noticed my belly fat growing and face swelling, so I got back on the wagon. Anyway, I just wanted you to know what an inspiration you are, because otherwise I was on cruise control for liver disease, full blown diabetes, and heart failure. Additionally, my next steps will be to stop smoking (I know, I'm a train wreck) but you know, not quite baby steps anymore, plus you came recommended and I just wanted to let know your videos are a big help and a huge blessing.

Some people just looked more like a stuffed sasuage and their skin is tight and I think they will have less problem. JMO. Might be totally wrong on that.

Man can be happy to loose 100 lbs and not be concerned about loose skin and or stretch marks till it actually happens. Either natural weight loss or gastric surgery for sure loose skin is going to happen. Thank you for all these products and food suggestions to help with loose skin results. I lost 45 lbs before gastric sleeve and now lost 45 more lbs. In 3 months after surgery. I recorded all my measurements at beginning of my diet with intermittent fasting. And i did my measurements day before the sleeve surgery and now 3 months after surgery. Have not been able to intermittent fast these past 3 months and i can tell the 45 lbs weight loss in that time left me with loose old looking skin. I am 67 years old and fill 30 years old but look 80 years old. Planning to start the intermittent fasting up again and resistance exercises to help slow up muscle loss and revitalize my skin again. If i did not do intermittent fasting before the sleeve surgery i can't imagine how bad my skin would be now. 100 lb weight loss gave me 15 less inches on my waist 12 less inches on my neck. 6 less inches on each of my biceps and 6 less inches on each thigh. Plus 6 less inches on my chest. No more insulin or blood pressure and cardiac meds. Testosterone returned and i can actually see willy when i go pee!!

Thomas, I really appreciate you brother. I tell everyone about you all the time. You have been a tremendous help for me during my journey. I have lost 80 lbs in 5 months. I went from 250 to 170. I eat ultra low carb, OMAD, and every couple of weeks, I do a 3 day fast. I am 48 hrs into a 3 day fast right now. It is probably a little over 80 lbs since I haven't eaten anything today. All of my inflammation is gone, and I feel great! I am 48 years old and my metabolic age was 54 (at 47) when I started and is 43 now. My beard hair is even getting darker. It was solid white. I didn't even know that was possible.

And I'm soooooooo nervous about all the loose skin. I do intermittent and fasting and try very hard to only eat the best of what I can afford. You are the second KZbinr I have ever watched when I first began my keto journey in March 2019. You are now my most watched. I can never thank you enough for saving my life! My mother passed away November 7th 2019 of colon cancer. Her being diagnosed with colorectal cancer is what put the fire in me to change my lifestyle food choices. I wish KZbin was a thing 20+ years ago. In mid 95 I lost over 100 lbs in about 9 months to join the Marines and the loose skin has plagued me ever since. All I did back then (due to lack of knowledge) was change my diet to lower fat, joined a gym and lifted weights and did cardio. While it got me in great shape for boot camp, it left me with loose skin. I'm now 43 and I'm going to apply what your video suggests. Keep up the great work and thanks for your advice!

Thanks for this video I also lost 100 Lbs in my first year at the end of 2016 so simple to keep it off with Keto and OMAD plus some longer periods of IF.. I will be this Jan at 4 years and I've lost 80% of my loose skin and still getting better BTW I'm a few month from 59 YO I've had tons of people that see me annually do to my business tell me they cant believe how much younger I'm looking every time they see me I'll take all the science on making me look younger I can get thanks Thomas

@@oaedeoi hey sounds like your on track so stay the course I'm not a macro counter I look at my portions and count the fat grams and proteins try to stay real close to 80% fat 15 proteins and 5% carbs mostly from vegetables. I do OMAD every day BUT! on 3 or 4 days a week I put a Tbls of MCT oil in my coffee some times grass fed butter or HWC also with Cocoa powder..Dont worry about the loose skin if you make it a life style it will improve as a constant change Hitts and IF are your friends but I dont abuse it to the point of discomfort

I am on 'hour 45' of my first 48-hour fast - only water, white tea and black coffee. Never before in my life did I go for 1 day without food and, amazingly, I do not feel hungry and I even exercised this morning and it was good. I've been doing OMAD every day for the past 3 weeks and I am thinking of doing 2-3 day fasts once a month. Likely to try my 3-day fast in January.

This video really helped me! I was really feeling like maybe I should keep on the weight since I have had it for almost 10 years always been scared of loose skin. I got the courage to try and I just finished a 72 he fast and started immediately after with 20:4 intermittent fasting. I want to lose weight as fast as anyone else but using your tips on collagen and losing it slow and steady may be the right way to lose. It will give the skin time to tighten up as the fat slowly gets metabolized. Thanks for all you do for us.

Thank you so much. I’ve had two csections, and after my last csection- had to have both an appendectomy and umbilical hernia repair within 8 weeks of my last csection.. so my abdomen hated me. Can’t do traditional exercises due to diastasis recti, been finding some workouts finally that seem to be helping. But the loose skin and flappy overhang from it all has been discouraging. I thought I’d just have to live with it for the rest of my life. Even if it takes three years to make some improvement, I am so for it. Will be incorporating your tips into my lifestyle ❤

When your skin is old it just takes longer to get it to tighten up. Maybe even a couple of years if you work hard on it, but it will happen. Don't give up! I'm 74.

I will be watching this a number of times as I have a lot of weight to lose! My heaviest weight was in 2011 when I weighed 22stones and 7 pounds! I now weigh 18 stones but need to get to 9 stones! Am only 5 foot 3 inches tall! I have a number of disabilities and will need a number of operations including on my back!

Awesome advice! Have lost 44 pounds & have around 40+ more to lose. Have been fasting 24hrs 1x/week past 3 wks. Fast daily around 15-17hrs. Also stay moisturized & drink lots of fluids. Didn't know quite a bit of this. 🙂

I specialize in Epilepsy Monitoring (we admit patient's into the hospital to capture and characterize seizures then come up with a recommendation for better seizure control), and a good amount of our patients are put on Ketogenic diet therapies, depending on the type of epilepsy they have.. I recently found out that some brands of topical things, like lotions and soaps actually have carbs in them as well! Not sure how important this is for doing Keto for weight loss, but of course we'd be cautious about it for our purposes in epilepsy. Just thought I'd share, because I thought it was super interesting!

I love this topic! I originally lost weight from gastric bypass and had loose skin, I eventually regained almost all of it back over the years but recently I’ve lost weight again (almost 100 pounds) through dirty keto and fasting, so now there’s even more loose skin. I will definitely incorporate more berries and green tea into my diet. I fast intermittently and also do extended fasts.

Fasting isn't so hard if you're on a keto diet for a few months. Your body needs to get used to burning fat efficiently as a fuel. Starting fasting, while on a high carb diet, will be very difficult because you'll be very hungry. You're not that hungry at all when you're on a low carb diet, so fasting is much, much easier.

best topical things i use was retinol body lotion with a stretch mark oil to lock the moisture in. apply after shower. just make sure you apply sunscreen anywhere you put it and try to stay out of the sun

i found if lost fat to quickly i would get baggy skin. so i slowed my weight loss down to 1 pound to 2 pound a week, to give my skin a chance to titen up , alternate day fasting helped love your channel thanks

Thanks for the videos, helps me get back on track. I was a large child but by 26 I had lost 105 pounds. I carried a reasonable weight my entire life until about four years ago, and I always knew there would be a "second coming" of the weight battle sometime in life. I am a recovering alcoholic and quit smoking cigarettes over 2 years ago... I was a very heavy smoker. I didn’t take very good care of my body. I will be 44 years old this September. I feel very blessed because of my skin, I don’t have a ton of wrinkles(knock on wood😉) The two things I always did a lot of, was/is drink a lot of water on a daily basis and I take a lot of baths with Epsom Salt and just started adding Organic apple cider vinegar to my bath water. I was shocked at how soft and healthy my skin felt after bathing with the Apple cider vinegar. I also used to work at a dermatology clinic and the dermatologists said the best way to moisturize your skin, is to moisturize while your skin is still wet from a shower or a bath. Great video!! I will do my first 48hr fast ever on Monday. It’s how I will kick off my New Year 🎉. I can’t wait to see the results I get from it. I will make sure I drink green tea and coffee to keep me satiated for sure. As Long as i have a beverage in my hand I’ll be good to go. I can’t wAit to start Monday after dinner.
