Then it's backed up by the fact that shift cars, signal bikes, and roidmude/viral cores are all based on the same technology. Technically, Decade doesn’t summon Riders in his Complete Form. He actually manifests/projects them, which is why the Riders he projects near completely mimic his movements. In which case, Decade doesn’t have access to any physical abilities outside that of what Complete Form provides (like super speed), and has access to Finishers he is able to make a close approximation to (which are usually weapon based)

A singularity point in Den-O are people (or things, but mainly people, like Ryotaro) who can still exist perfectly normal as their present selves, even if you go back in time and mess up their history. So summoning Zi-O summoning Den-O won’t do anything to the current Den-O.

Lol the little animation of Kuuga just dunking on most of them was hilarious. I also like that the image you used for Evol Black Hole is one with a better color scheme than the actual suit. Ohma Zi-O being the strongest rider is no surprise given that having every rider power is his thing. Though when we got to the finale most thought it was just the main riders, but nope it's literally every single heisei rider. That fact alone and one shotting all those final bosses made me love Ohma Zi-O more than I initially felt at the being of Zi-O. Now the bigger question is who would win a fight? Ohma Zi-O or Lord Drakkon? I know I asked this on a live stream but it's still a fun one to think of since both characters have the same core idea. Lord Drakkon in his evolution 3 form has the power sets of all the power rangers (at least the ones before the ryusoulger adaptation). And the heart of the master which allowed him to reshape reality. Ohma Zi-O also has the powers of every heisei rider and can reshape reality as well, as seen in the final episode. So it really comes down to who's power set is stronger.

I do find it funny how Zi-O and Drakkon in their most powerful forms both have a black and gold color schemes with red eyes, have the powers of all the riders and rangers of their worlds, can warp reality to their whim, and are evil rulers. Except for good Sougo who also uses Ohma Zi-O. I see Zi-O Ohma form as the complete, and strongest final form of Zi-O, where Grand was able to exist despite not having all the proper ridewatches. But after the events of Over Quartzer, Ohma Form was lost before Ohma Zi-O was rewrote from existence, but it looked like Grand became stronger as I recall him summoning a final form Rider during the final battle. Decade possibly also lost the ability to become Complete due to splitting his powers as he never became Complete in Zi-O's final battle.

Just to add some extra information: One of the main features of double on his extreme form it's the ability to acces to the gaia library while he is transformed, this allows him to find a weakness (if there is a known weakness) or a proper strategy to fight every opponent Once wizard rider kicked a villain so hard that he threw him directly to the sun in a matter of seconds and he wasn't even in his final form, he can literally kick a rock and turn it into the meteorite that killed dinosaurs I also remember how people said that OOO powers were actually god like and how gatakiriba was actually the strongest combo but I don't remember where that information came from

gatakiriba is the 'strongest' due to the fact that it can multiply itself endlessly. you aren't fighting one rider, your fighting infinite. add on the ability for gatakiriba copies to change out their own forms for others, and the fact that ooo has a sword that cuts through time and space, that presumably also gets copied, and you can see how it gets its title.

I think the only rider that could stand up to Ohma Zi-O would be Decade Violent Emotion. He was able to string together other rider powers without using cards or summoning. Likewise, he also has the ability to erase and rewrite worlds much like Ohma does (even stated so in Zi-O). When it comes down to it, that would be the battle to end it.

Come on now, it's already set in the story that (on his original timeline) he had already defeated *every single riders* which includes *decade* . It's something that already happened for oma zi-o. Wanted to clarify a few things based on what I’ve seen in the comments: 1. Yes there are a few things I may have missed out, as I mentioned there are over 200 Kamen Riders and I haven’t seen every show. Thankfully as I state at the end of the video there is an end-all-be-all winner that includes everything. 2. Neo Decade: No Decade media has explicitly stated that there’s a Neo Decade Complete, that Decade can KamenRide into final forms, or if he would feasibly have an Oma Zi-O Card. So I think regarding canon upgrades we have to say Decade would still lose out, but if y’all want to play around with these theoretically go ahead! I just can’t because I was sticking to canon. 3. @Snoi Med Violent Emotion basically uses ALL of the Rider powers ala Final Decade but without the need to transform to them. He just accesses the Ride Attack cards instead.

Decade never seems to be worried by how strong Zi-O gets and still thinks of destroying Zi-O's world if needed. He likely has every Rider as a form/card and doesn't even need their final forms if he decides to go into Violent Emotion form which throws away changing forms and just lets him use their powers. Decade V.E. would also have access to other Riders outside of the primaries as seen when he used G4's and Kaixa's powers. Heck, even base Decade can turn into Showa Riders at this point when he previously couldn't in the show (Kamen Rider Black card). Decade can also use powers that aren't even from Riders as seen with Super Sentai. It's likely he'd be able to use Zi-O's full abilities if he felt like it as that seems to be his attitude with everything such as traveling through dimensions/time at will as if it was never an issue. Personally, I think Decade and Zi-O are about even if they went all out (Ohma vs. Violent Emotion) as they both have nearly the same abilities, though my bias says Decade just because of how carefree he was about Zi-O to begin with. Even if Ohma did summon Riders against Decade, Decade would just turn them into weapons (as he did against Ryuki using Blade) which would be funny if he had a Final Form Ride card for Zi-O probably turning him into a giant clock. An interesting note is that Decade is specifically avoided when Zi-O (both Ohma and Grand) use Rider powers. The only time he appears is either during special events (such as a movie that celebrates all the Riders) or during Zi-O Ohma Form's Rider Kick (though he is already present at this point and likely just joins in). He is never specifically summoned or has his abilities used by Zi-O. The Decade Armor is the closest and even that doesn't really represent Decade's abilities very well. This could indicate that Decade exists outside of time, which would make sense anyway since time/dimensions are irrelevant to Decade. Zi-O wouldn't have his final form in the first place if Decade didn't just toss half his powers to him (or Geiz in this case) as it wasn't even acknowledging Zi-O it was just because he felt like it. Would also clue into why Another Decade would be Zi-O's main villain rather than Another Zi-O. Decade and DiEnd don't even care about time resetting as it happens, Decade takes a picture of it. Starting to think Ohma Zi-O didn't actually defeat Decade and Decade was like "whatever, cool story bro..." and gave him his powers while taking pics of the Rider Girl singers at the beach lol >w< Both Decade and Zi-O have technically defeated all Riders in their respective timelines/dimensions. There is a version of Decade that is considered the original as our version was revealed to be an A.R. before seemingly retconned though the same scenes do get used in the movie sooo... still canon? Also it has been shown that Ohma Zi-O can be removed from existence if something happens to him (or his belt) at a certain point in time, while if anything happens to Decade he'll just be revived anyway if anyone remembers him >w>

I get your point on putting Decade on 3rd slot, but he can use the forms of Rider's AFTER himself too, he used Zi-o and used his form. So he can use the Final Forms of Zi-o as well. Here’s a little correction on Blade and Chalice that should be taken into account. Despite being Joker undeads, they’re also pretty much immortal because undeads can’t die except under the circumstance of them losing their powers hence why in series they had to be sealed. So what does this mean? Oma Zi O would still destroy them because he has the power of Blade and is also immortal and could also just steal his powers away. As for the Kabuto/Gaim argument of them traveling through time, Den O would counteract this. Not because he also travel through time (because he can’t without the DenLiner), but because his status as a singularity point. This is important as Den O lore states that if a singularity point passes through time than time will remained unchanged prior to time’s interference. Yes we could easily go on and point like “well isn’t Zi O technically rewriting time” or “what about all the films where time is changed because of Ichigou” except there’s an answer for that, the Zi O situation is because they basically let a new timeline flow out. That time still exists just flows differently cause of the another riders and for the films it’s because Shoji doesn’t understand how this concepts works and because he likes Shocker. Basically it just means that if Kabuto were to travel back in time to stop everyone from becoming riders that’d physically not work because time law doesn’t dictate that one event is responsible for it. Still doesn’t stop Oma from being number 1 though.

Oma Zi-O. Period. They knew that this was the end of the Heisei era so they went out with a bang. Unless it changes in the future, Oma Zi-O is THE strongest rider. Though admittedly, I am curious if Decade could use his power. One thing we didn't see Tsukasa do is use Zi-O's Rider copy powers. And he really wouldn't have to because his own power copies rider powers perfectly, as opposed to Zi-O's armors. So it's possible that Tsukasa only has Zi-O's base power. But that's just speculation.

So from my understanding, Oma Zi-O has every RIDER power But Tsukasa's power exists beyond just being a Rider, meaning there are some of his powers that Zi-O wouldn't have. And given the difference in their experience and Tsukasa's much more frequent reality warping, it's likely he'd have some way to acquire the Oma form in some fashion (I recall him turning into Hyper Kabuto at one point so I think Final Forms are on the table) in which case it's a "stalemate" but Tsukasa would be inherently stronger as he has powers BEYOND his Rider powers. My understanding of the show is fairly limited though, but that's my take.

The only things Oma Zi-O has in its favor are that as of right now, there's no official statement that Oma Form has the exact same powers as Oma Zi-O aside from just being a straight upgrade stat-wise. 2) Oma Zi-O can only ever summon a version of Decade using the regular Decadriver, not the Neo Decadriver. Neo Decadriver Decade is way stronger than the regular version of himself and considering that Tsukasa has more powers beyond just his Kamen Rider abilities (as well as greater control over those powers) there are a number of things he can do that Oma Zi-O can't. (Not to mention he's likely way smarter.) If you want to argue that it's POSSIBLE for him to summon a Decade with the NeoDecadriver and we just haven't seen it yet, then it's also POSSIBLE for Decade to have a Zi-O Oma Form Rider Card as Oma Form itself manifests from a Ridewatch.

Actually if we're sticking to canon... then Decade would still win. Decade's power exists outside of time and space. Proven by how he's able to: 1. Still acquire newer Rider forms and abilities 2. His ability to transform into any era's forms (see Kamen Rider x Super Sentai) and 3. His ability to use his powers even with Zi-O having the Decade Watch. That being said Ohma Zi-O's abilities are technically reliant upon the merging of Worlds (Something that happened in Decade), as was described near the end as to why everything happened in Zi-O. So how could Ohma defeat Decade if he exists outside of time and space. And no he's not a god but as long as he's remembered he can exist (see Rider War 2010 Double x Decade). How can Ohma Zi-O defeat someone he basically has to admit exists due to being imbued with his power?

Here are my thoughts: 1. About Zi-O's final forms, Zi-O Ohma Form lacks the ability to summon Riders and/or their gears unlike Grand Zi-O and it can only destroy Dai Mazines without the ability to control it. the Riders in Over Quartzer only materialized seemingly due to Woz's tampering with one of the Dai Mazines. That's why I think the equation is like: Zi-O Ohma Form = Ohma Zi-O - Grand Zi-O. 2. I'd like to think that both Decade and Zi-O could be equal in terms of final form power levels. But the problem is, Decade lacks any sorts of media representation of him using 100% of his power unlike Ohma Zi-O (either due to budget constraints or that Toei's too lazy :P). 3. That's why regarding the matter above, I wish Toei would make a Decade V-Cinema that could further explore this matter, or maybe even have Decade in Zi-O's Next Time segment after Geiz Majesty to further explain his and Diend's role in the entire Zi-O series . I'd like to see Decade using his Neo-Decadriver to its full potential, unleashing all of his Legend Rider Forms from Kuuga to Build (heck, maybe they shoud hire Koichi Sakamoto for this :P), and get ONE NEW FORM (Instead of just reusing Complete Form with new cards) that could further cement his power levels.

I feel like people are disregarding the fact that Oma Zi-O has 'rider' powers. Not character powers. He won't possess Man of Beginning abilities nor Time Space manipulation resistance of Tsukasa. He won't be able to erase nor kill Decade because as long as someone remembers Tsukasa's existence, he can just revive himself. Oma can't power null Decade since we already saw that happen and Tsukasa just said 'my existence itself is my power'.

Alfian Fawzi I don’t think many people realise it but like, Oma Zi-O really has no time resistance. He was erased from time when Sougo just chucked the Ziku Driver away, he simply wasn’t startled since he expected Sougo to pick up the driver again. He was also erased when Another Zi-O II merely came into existence, being passively erased by the existence of the Another Rider. Heck Man of the Beginning Kouta has more time manipulation resistance when he was almost fine with Another Gaim existing and only vanished after Sougo took Gaim’s power away, literally erasing Kouta gaining the forbidden fruit a second time (first time is the another Gaim coming into existence). An unstoppable object with clear defined weaknesses of Oma Zi-O vs an immovable object with no weaknesses at all in the form of Tsukasa.

I know this is late but, if you watch the final episode of wizard you see that the kuuga you see it's actually godai if you notice that he's shocked(because it's the first time godai transforms into a final form ride) when he got transform into a final form ride by decade thus it would been the a.r kuuga because a.r. kuuga is used to it(i think after the events of kuuga & agito, godai and his belt are now healed after it's injury on his belt & his battle in the final episode of his series and been training up to the final events of wizard & achieved the rising ultimate form)

Just a thought, Decades Violent Emotion Form was able to use previous rider's powers on the fly without needing to summon a rider or transform form. Assuming he still has access to this form with the Neo-Driver, then, one has to assume he can do the same with the new riders also. Add to that, the fact that he is essentially immortal, as long as someone remember him, which Ohma will always do. So you have 2 riders that cannot die, have all other rider powers available to them, and have a form that is able to use them on the fly. I think Ohma Zi-O = Decade Violent Emotion Form with Neo-Driver.

Until there's a new canon material that says otherwise, the strongest, in my opinion is Oma Zi O. Like all riders, it's based on the script and the story, but given what's presented, he is the strongest. Second would likely be, in my opinion, Decade. Now I say this simply for the fact that his role as a destroyer never got explored in depth to my preference. I'm a sucker for destruction embodiment characters (Galactus, Abraxas, Beerus, etc). It's just interesting to see characters that carry a burden or task of ending all life. Most people find such characters boring, but I find them enthralling.

Compare that to Super Sentai, where except for maybe Gokaiger, who can turn into pirate copies of everybody else and thus have advantage in versatility, the teams have generally stayed at the same scale of power.

While I agree Ohma Zi-O is the strongest as of now since he has been shown to one shot villains (which was freaking awesome to watch him do btw), I think it should be noted Decade may have more power we have yet to see since obtaining the Neo Decadriver. He has been shown to have cards of riders after him and his base form appeared to fight the Another Riders as easily as Grand Zi-O, Woz Ginga, and Geiz Revive during the battle against all the Another Riders. And he only had half his strength with the rest sealed in the Decade ridewatch. So potentially Decade could have a new final form capable of contesting with Ohma Zi-O. Or not because under the same argument he has not been shown to have anything I am alluding to so he may not be much stronger than before and Ohma Zi-O still kicks his butt left, right, up, down, side-to-side, diagonally, etc.

Misconceptions everyone get about Decade is He is a Kamen Rider. Yes, he is kamen rider, but he is not in the same time. If in Den-O, they introduce the singularity of time. Decade introduces the singularity of Riders. Decade is the very reason of why, all this rider exist. Any world doesn't have ride; if his feet reach that place, that world shall have a rider. But, that's not his true power. His power is to put a verdict. Is that world worth to be saved. If he felt none of it, he shall destroyed it. From existence. In Zi-o, the villain claims, he takes Decade power. But, turn out, it's was only half of it. Here's the thing, he never said, by taking his power, it's will hinder his ability to destroyed the world. Remember, despite he is a ”rider”. he is very manipulate. he is the original founder of all the evil organisation. He has been doing this since kids. After leaving his sister behind. he has been busy creating ”rider” and destroying world. Who knows how many world he has destroyed. Why they claim, there's only few earth exist, but we have shown, decade capable to cross onto power rangers universe. And when he go there, the power rangers now has their own first evil rider?! My theory? Decade, Deind, and space Jesus is a same person, they are simply an avatar. with a set of different purposes.

You only scratch the surface of Oma ZI-O. He can do more than just what you have mention before. Here is a list to those who haven't read zi-o profile yet: 1. Oma ZI-O is basically a much more feats version of Oma Form with more insane thing that he got going for him. 2. He literally pull a saitama one-shot each big bad of the previous season like: Utopia, Evolt, Gamedeus, Daguva, and Sagittarius like they were nothing with ONE PUNCH! Not too mention, his kick is probably one of the most powerful by far. 3. He possessed the power of all Heisei Riders in existence and can copy all of their stats if he like. 4. The antenna on his head can collect and calculate the temporal and spatial information allowing him to react and counter enemy attacks with extreme precision. 5. He possessed the ability to not only destroy time and space, but (re)create it as he desires as well. 6. Manipulate and control the Dai Mazines. 7. The clocks on his forehead allow Oma Zi-O to sense parallel timelines. Thought you could time travel and catch him off guard at another point in time? Too bad. He knows. 8. His eyes can see 270 degrees and, apparently, shoot laser beams up to 1200 degrees celsius. I am completely serious. 9. His armor is made out of a material 1200 times stronger than steel. He is unscratchable. 10. If he does get stratched, that's okay, because his body suit has top-tier healing abilities that can fully heal him, instantly. 11. Which doesn't even matter because his armor is infused with magic that negates all damage. In other words, yes, Oma Zi-O is invincible. Hyper Muteki says hi. 12. The watch strap that runs across his body fuels him with unlimited energy. He will never get tired. You will never stall him out. 13. The golden watch strap sash allows Oma Zi-O to send anything within a 4km radius into another dimension. Have fun finding your way back unless your rider name has "Decade" in it. 14. His arm and leg armor provide him with super strength, super speed, and the ability to fly. Basic but notable abilities. 15. His hands... Hoo boy. This is bonkers. They apparently provide him with causality manipulation. Thanos with the infinity gauntlet can turn you to dust with a snap of his fingers. Oma Zi-O can turn you to dust with a wave of his hand, no gauntlet required, as seen in the first episode. If Oma Zi-O wants you to be toast, you're now a slice of bread. If Oma Zi-O wants ice to melt fire, it will do that. Credit to a certain Reddit user for posting most of the above.

Hey listen. Decade may not be the strongest but he got one thing Zi-O doesn't have. He's truly a unique entity. His powers can be copied but he himself is a singular existence. Zi-O is not as he is a parallel counterpart to Barlx meaning there are multiversal Zi-O who each have a potential to become Oma Zi-O.

Does Decade’s time/space travelling thing count as an ability? In Zi-O, when Another Decade was first used it was able to use the same ability.

Ok, the Gaim thing. That is not what happened. When an Another Rider is defeated the original timeline is restored for a short time. That was a bigger plot point in the Wizard ark and with Beast. Gaim used this one moment where his powers and timeline was restored to interfere with the current timeline. His realm was still being erased, he could not stop it. Gaim is not immune to timeline manipulations, he is as affected as any other Rider.
