Ambulance marker light is out

It's fake. The flashing vehicle lights are videos, they are real. But the transition from room lights off to on are just pictures. Watch very closely in the transitions (the firetruck seems to have less/more weight, the spinning light is at a different angle randomly at 1:15). You can also see the slight camera shift with each flash of light around 1:12 - 1:25. Oh well, good effort.
