Why There is can be a Problem with the Chip? Can a short delete the memory?

the eeprom stock all errors so after that the tv doesn't turn on .

I knew about the eeprom memory failures in the old CRT TVs, mainly RCA / Thomson and I bought them pre-recorded. I was reluctant to believe that these new TV models still continue to cause failures; I speak in general of Chinese brands. Thanks for sharing. A sincery greeting.
