OMG I never leave comments but you sir are a genius, this just saved me £700. Mine was on the opposite side so if anyone has the problem on the other cable go from the outside inwards when counting the 10 pins (I had to use macro mode on camera as my eyes are not what they used to be!) Sent some thanks, its not much but you deserve it

Mother f.... are asking me for 25000 rupees for this issue ... this is second time I bought samsung tv this one costed me around 700 $ now they want me to pay around 310 $ to replace entire panel and television is only 3 years old man such a disappointment

Tv plays normal for one hour and so ..then flickering comes and screen goes black with audio playing...is it the same problem?...Can it be fixed with tape method as shown in the video?..For how long it will last

This worked now my radio went to demo mode and the volume button doesnt move anything when i try to use it and then it stays in standby, im not sure what to do

Thank you for this, I folowed it an repaired my TV. It was a slightly different model with 3 backlight strips and no rubber clips holsing them in, just adhesive backing, but close enough and now my TV is just like new again. Saved me a lot of money, Backlight was about £25 Many Thanks!

I was really hoping this would work for me, I was surprised and happy that it did. When you do it make sure you cover the 10th-20th pin..so that means that the tape can't be too wide.thanks again for this video!

It's much easier to reset it using the service password: Type on the keyboard [ ][ ]SERVICE[ ]PASS[ ]OFF[ ] (where [ ] is a space and text in CAPITALS) Then touch the upperleft corner left to the word PASSWORD (hidden button) and the system will be unlocked.

When I first did it, it was blinking a bit in the top left corner and it was just red, what I did was shorten the width of the tape and cover the 10th-20th pins , try that

Sir i havev two diodes in power supply of my dell lcd. One is buzzering on both sides. Is it faulty?? When i remove it and check again with multimeter it doesn't buzz on both sides. My lcd is not turning on. Power supply is giving 5volts on output section. Please guide me.
