Edit: Everyone saying that "hULk IsN't bAnNEr" missed the point I was trying to make. That point being Thor is a much better person in this movie than he was at the beginning of his own. Thor had no idea that Hulk and Bruce were two different people, he was just trying to calm him down. Won't change much. Here Thor was basically on par or just a bit weaker than Hulk. In Ultron movie Iron Man got a suit that could knock him out. After this Thor got much stronger, mainly in the end of Ragnarok movie. Iron man got stronger too, getting a nanosuit. Dr Strange, Wanda and captain Marvel(even though she's a mary sue and a cringy character) were strong from their first movies. Those 5 just left hulk in the dust because he doesn't seem to have much growth potential

Banner is currently in control, but the Hulk is withing still, maybe throwing a tantrum and not showing up, since he's shown childlike behaviour, but he could comeback wild as ever and Banner lose control again. That's why Banner's life sucks, he sort of comes to an understanding that the Hulk is more necessary at times to protect the Earth than Banner is, which I wish was what they did in Endgame's final battle, have the Hulk take over in the last battle.

Cristian Castillo In terms of raw power the hulk is the strongest (in the comics at least) his power increases with his anger so it makes his strength limitless .
