What makes this fight even funnier? They actually handicapped Thor in this fight so Vegeta can put up a fight. They didn't add that Thor had access to the Odinforce which makes him even stronger & would have ended the fight a lot sooner. Vegeta had no shot in this fight Lol.

To be fair with the multiplier they gave Thor and vegeta vegeta should have won against their version of Thor they really compared the transformation that rivals ultra instinct a 20x but if you take the spirit bomb amp vegeta should have bin 3200x stronger then his blue evolved version the other versions of Thor would just clap his shit but the version death battle picked should have lost because going by their own math vegeta should have an advantage in raw power (against their version of Thor any other version would kill him)

Even If the opponent could kill or blitz them before they go finale form. The character would automatically be factord at there true power. So Hulk would be In his Immortal form When the fight starts. And yes Doomsday has killed Gods. A lot of that just comes from: He’s lost to them So Many times In the past that after going after them so many times. They ran out of ways to kill Doomsday and that’s why they lost. He only beat Darkside because he’s lost to Darkside so many times and just evolved after every fight, That Darkside Rannout of ways to kill him. And It was just a stale mate till Doomsday won. And Hulk Is actually more then just brought force, Believe It out or not (and I S**t out not) The Hulk actually does have Hacks. But for obvious reasons. We’re not counting Devil Hulk because that’s basically just The One Below All, possessing Hulks body and using his powers though him (This part of Tye Immortal Hulk story line was F***ING Wild)

Honestly, the Dragon Ball universe has alot of bullshit when it comes to power levels and feats, but what most don't understand is that as a fictional world it's nowhere near being the strongest In anime? Even though Thor won You can't deny Vegeta Was the Highlight of the fight, Lani (Vegeta's voice actor from DBZ Abridged) was God Dang Amazing, That Final Flash Still Gets me. Plus the music was good and even paused for the fake out leading to the Sick hand drawn Thor after tanking the Final Flash, and of course the Kill is Still so Good. All in all even though Vegeta lost, this is still to date my favorite Death Battle of the season

Your aware that people like Vegeta haven’t been able to lift Mijnor. Even with the hole pure of heart Sayin thing. Unless your trying to argue/talking about the characters that aren’t worthy Of Mijnor but have been able to lift It by sheer Power, extra dimensional bi biassing, Or just hacks. This list Includes but Is not limited to - Red Hulk - Thanos - Loki - Hella - Dormamo - Mephisto - Dead Pool - Squirl Girl - etc. So you could argue that Vegeta having the power to destroy the universe thousands of times over would be enough to by pass the Rule and lift Mijnor like other characters have done. But If you try to agree him doing It by being worthy. There have been characters exactly like Vegeta but even more noble, That haven’t been able to Lift Mijnor. And the people that we have seen Lift It by being worthy. That’s been inconsistent and occasionally Ret Coned depending on the situation and who’s writing the characters half the time. The characters that have lifted It by being worthy are - Iron Man - Caption America - Black Widdow - Halk Eye - Hulk - Beta Ray Bill - Jane Foster Thor - Thog (Frog Thor) - Odin - Super Man - Etc Half of these characters have been ret conned to No longer be able to lift Mijnor when the time calls for It. And there have been characters who were/are willing do sacrifice everything and risk there lives for the sake of others and to protect the universe. And even they weren’t Worthy. So Vegetas definitely up In the air when you take everything Into consideration. So no, He wouldn’t “absolutely” be worthy. You have to remember that this Is the same guy that killed kids and destroyed a entire planet willingly just for fun with a Smile of his face

Because you brought up Superman, I’m assuming you’re referring to the crossover event that happened a long time ago, and he was able to wield Mjolnir in that story. But shortly after he wasn’t. Some people really wonder what worthiness means if Thor can wield it, but said person can’t. And I just say “The writers are just writing, they might be writing as they go along”. However there are times in fiction that I’ll give writers the benefit of the doubt.

Actually you do require qualities such as moral goodness and purity in most versions of worthiness. Becoming worthy by not having a shred of doubt you're worthy was a retcon and also contradicts most of the lore in the comics because there have been several characters who think they'd definitely lift the hammer but couldn't. Being the person Odin would approve of would not make you worthy. Odin would simply lift the enchantment or make an exception for you to lift the hammer. So you're not really worthy it's just that Odin made an exception. The God Tempest inside Mjolnir liking you and allowing you to lift the hammer is also a retcon and even this only works if Odin's power is decreased and if Tempest now has more control over the hammer.

One thing I will say (I do like this fight no matter what I say) in the manga Vegeta fought someone who could out speed Goku's instant transmission, which death battle themselves say is instant and plank time isn't, and Vegeta went toe to toe with this guy making Vegeta faster then instant even with that Thor would win but no way he was faster

While the act of Instant Transmission is instant, priming it still takes a visible amount of time. Granolah is only faster in the visible act of priming, not the TP itself. It doesn't scale to his movement and combat speed. Also, Odinforce thor would be faster still.

Thor wouldn't fight vegeta with 100% capacity immediately, it's not in his character. Vegeta wasn't doing too much to thor as far as actual damage so understandably, thor was not too reactive - until vegeta crossed a threshold and showed himself to be a actual threat, also attacking thors pride by questioning his bravery. The fight felt lore accurate. Stronger entities will let themselves be hit by weaker people sometimes.

Dont know why every single time its a Marvel character vs an anime character, reactors always brings up how "tHeY'Re mIxInG tHe cAnNon" when in this episode, Death Battle clearly, and uncharacteristically, made effort to only use one canon for Thor. I can name every single issue for the feats they brought up and show its in the main canon. While they did mix the anime and manga canons for Vegeta but no one ever mentions it. curious.
