It's a quite difficult (but not impossible) window/level setting if you want to watch soft tissue and vessels. Would have been easier if it had been a series in a soft tissue window with contrast, but I know that's not available (as for now anyways) in wikimedia. But really good job, Dr. Webster! :)

It's disgraceful that this amazing video after a year has only 15K views. We are doomed as a civilization. Make your kids learn anatomy and not prank videos or they won't live long without affordable health professionals and care.

Hi Sam, great video. I have to ask you, @4:58 you state "One main bronchus runs a bit flatter than the other one," in which you are pointing at the right main bronchus saying that "it is looking long, and the other one is steeper" as you point to the left main bronchus. Is this potentially a patient pathological condition? According to my textbook, "The right main bronchus is wider, shorter, and more VERTICAL in orientation than the left." Thanks for any clarification.

Everybody saying higher forms of thought includes 4D thinking... while forgetting 2D thinking is that much hard, having to look at more than one points of reference in a sequence, transforming it into 3D, to be able to understand a thing

The NHS will not do back xrays my doctor put one foreward I got a snotty date in a text sent to me a hundred years from now. Even though he filled a green form in. I phoned they said no one is allowed x ray of the back unless a fracture is believed. My pain is in my thoracic. I told my pain specialist where but he has ordered an abdo MRI. I did ask him for this above he said MRI is best. Im scared Ill never get the cause found and Im in a lot of pain. Will abdo MRI see my ribs and lungs and soft tissue in thorax. Im in agony and nothing is going on my side. now Im never awake and exhausted . It needs to be right I emailed but he hasnt responded. It needs to be the right one.
