Other creepy behavior from Daman is unearthed, a bunch of shady shit happens, and suddenly the victim recanted his story and said there was never a relationship (even though Daman already admitted there was). Through all of this, David Wald continued to support Daman and said he was gonna keep casting him in his productions. I don’t wanna listen to a dude who vocally supports a pedophile. I think the angry angst of Thorfinn works less well in English. In Japanese, the phrasing and expressing of words is hidden more and you just get tone and emotion. In English, such a kid would probably be quiet and say few words when this angry. Cultural differences in depictions of rage between the west and Japan is pretty staggering sometimes. *edit* I also think dubs need to include swearing when depicting rage lol. It's very unrealistic for someone so angry not to throw a few "fuck"s in there. "If you lay a finger on him I'm going to kill you" vs "If you lay a fucking finger on him I'm going to kill you"... One is more natural.
