@ Look up “TotK cinematic camera glitch” and you’ll find a bunch of videos on it.

Save somewhere out in the open, then teleport far away (preferably to a sky island). Make sure the spot you saved at is visible from your location. Open Ascend (but don't actually use it) and load your save without closing Ascend. The camera will be placed in the location you used Ascend and travel back to you. PS Open and close the Amiibo rune while it's traveling to make it extra slow!

It's easy! Open Ascend on a sky island (but don't actually use it), then reload a save without closing it. The camera will start at the island you activated Ascend at, slowly panning all the way back to you. Just make sure the island is visible from your save location.
