Does this track bar help with death wobble is this a way to combat that issue?

It can be one way. Death wobble can come from several different areas though, ball joints, tire problems, etc.

When drilling the 2 5/16” holes in the subframe did you use a standard drill or a right angle drill? Doesn’t seem to be room for a standard drill with the axle pumpkin where it is.

mine at up the bushings within 3000 miles and the wandering started again. having trouble getting replacement bushings now

Was yours a BD diesel track bar or off brand? What size lift are you running?

Any specific reason why no one makes a cast iron adjustable track bar for a 2012 Ram 2500? It would be stronger than anything out there and may eliminate wobble from my truck and plenty others and a cast iron drag link and tie rod while your at it with replaceable tie rod ends. That is the only suspect I think on my truck now from trying to solve it for years , extremely frustrating. YOU listening ?

It's your steering box shaft has some play. Get a bd death wobble kit

I know this is a old video so hopefully I can get feedback before I email bd. I started the torque sequence and the 5/8ths bolt could NOT get to 240ft lbs. The threads gave out and then it just spun. Yes my wrench is calibrated. Do you agree that I had a hardware failiure? Nut or bolt.

Theyre supposed to be torqued to 150 ft/lbs not 240

@@randommxname202 I am referencing the fine thread bolt that goes through the factory frame trac bar mount. The instructions said 240ftlbs. Found out I had a torque wrench problem.

@@randommxname202 No, Iam referencing the bracket bolt that utilized the frame mount for the original style trac bar. It is 2 and a half inches long. It would be the one where the upper trac bar "ball joint" style mounted to. My two trac bar bolts are 150ftlbs this is the bracket....

This bar will work for up to a 4” lift on the 94-02 Dodges. Bar length will depend on your lift.
