the fourth exercise, speeding up and then slowing down, is really difficult! I could not prevent myself from rolling once I got up some speed and from there I had no chance of decelerating. Good stuff!

Oh boy, my ears almost exploded at 1:18! The audio levels are all over the place in this video. Nevertheless, thanks for the video, always nice to see new exercises I haven't seen before!

Your videos are very good for new skaters like me, or at least new with profesional inline skates. Thank you so much dude.

Thanks for the great tips Viktor! Would be also interesting to see some specific drills to improve max speed as well. I have almost done your 12-week plan and would say quite improved in terms of average speed and endurance but kind of stack with something around 35km/h max speed and not really sure how to improve it.

Great tips, a clean quick start always looks impressive and is very useful on the streets. I like the advice about warming up the hip-flexors; mine always take a beating when I'm drilling sprints.

I have used both up- and downhill starts in the past as well. Uphill to work the power and down for cadence and speed control

A question, should you open up your hips while skating or maybe just in the start??? Or otherwise why do you open up your hips in the warmup and when ypu walking? Hockey player here tryna get faster
