In Finland there are pretty stricts regulations on getting a loan. Also there are no predatory loans in that sense as there is in America. The bank will make sure you stick to the payment plan and it's not possible to have the debt increase.

so the hack for 18 year olds is get loans that are able to be cashed out use it to get land and housing make a party barn near your college/universit and charge everyone money to come in to your party every weekend

18 year olds don’t know any better and they are victimized by the loan companies. They have good intentions and don’t realize that the rates will be so onerous that they will be in debt for the rest of their lives.

Why student loans ? I paid for myself to go to college, my son paid for himself to go to college, and my daughter paid for herself to go to college.

Not everyone has Fafsa nor do they live in state (out of state costs 3x the price excluding housing). If you can afford to pay for college with zero financial assistance….then you are very financially comfortable and this content isn’t for you
