I walked away after a week of no contact. Toxicity, mistrust, and disrespect of my love and feelings gave me enough reason to walk away and move on. I deserve more and better.

I know what you mean …. I applied no contact…and told her it was the best choice for me…then she appears at my house two days later… then we went at it again..then one night she looks at me and says…. “I don’t know about this… but I’m just going wing it..” .. I paused … and said to myself… she will be ghosting me again … two months passed… the all of the sudden… a message … “ I hope you are doing well in life… since I haven’t heard from you I realized and respected what you once said about what is better for your health. I’ll always remember you..hugs”… I was like wait what… so the fact that you haven’t heard from me was of what I said …??… is shifting the blame and taking no accountability… ..

Because you're doing it wrong. Walking away is respectfully and nicely letting them know before you walk awak. Ghosting is no contact out of the blue without any respectful communication before you end contact

Very true, I walked away from my ex and cut communication completely. It was difficult in the beginning, sometimes I get lonely but being able to sleep with peace of mind is far better than worrying what my ex boyfriend doing in his phone in the middle of the night. And by walking away it helps me re-evaluate and do personal inventory! The very reason I’m here watching your channel. Get more insights! Thank you another great video.

I did the same thing. I've been in no contact for 30 days. It has been one of the hardest I've ever done. I was disregarded sexually and disrespected. I went back to my x bf because if thought I could give the relationship another go, but it was not the same. There was tension between us. The conversation became worst. I was not allowed to have a committed relationship. It was evident that I was losing myself. I became dependent on him. Until I had a conversation with my friends, I was happy I had taken the advice to walk away from my x bf. It's a challenge each day. But I'm glad I did. I was getting my self-esteem and trusting myself better.

I've walked away and it's been 4 years and I find myself missing her some times. Narc free and glad she's gone for good. Newness is way better and finally got me a feminine woman unlike the ex masculine narcissist. Smh missing her doesn't mean that I want the ex narc back.

Unbelievable😂I’ve been married 30 yrs but altogether 35. I was very happy for 20 -25 yrs. So I was able to make it finally walked out. I’m interested in writing a book for awareness about Narcissists only because I’ve known about it 3-5 yrs ago & realized not to many know of what a narcissist is and what’s interesting is how it was so subtle and looking back how he was able to be so admirable in public eyes all along he was to impress people and then making everyone say oh what a great husband. One thing I can’t say is that how can anyone be so *#*#!?❤❤

I’ve been dating someone for two months and she has disrespected me, as in cutting me off when I talk. Whenever she didn’t like I was saying she would cut me off and stated she didn’t wanna talk about it. Her past was this big secret. I told her yeah you can’t disrespect me like that. If I’m talking I expect to be heard just like I do to you. Two nights ago at a diner things got heated and again she disrespected me. I got up while she was in mid sentence and paid the bill and left her there. She texted me like what happened and she didn’t think things were going to go that way. I responded wtf did you think? I was going to sit there and let you disrespect me yet again? She clearly didn’t acknowledge anything what she did but instead tried to turn them around. I said ok cool. And that’s it. She hasn’t texted me nor will I respond if she does.

In this life its very very important to learn to let go ,,,, get up and leave! in other words walk away dont be scared to leave. The outcomes shouldn't matter "never delay the inevitable" at some point things get better for all of us, after we take the first step but sometimes we all gotta make sacrifices like my dad says sometimes to do whats better for us. Its necessary to leave people, things and pets in our lives to move on to better things ,,,, but,,,, we need to be willing to do it its about WILL POWER and state of mind ask yourself first what is it that you want for yourself? and whats making you suffer? then end it there.

I just realized this. I’m 6 months no contact, but there was a car ride one time. She had just succeeded in pushing and pulling me back into sex. Then on the car ride home, she asked me if I didn’t have any principles because of how she used pathological jealousy, always telling me I would look at and be interested in other girls (projection). I think now that maybe this sly remark of hers was a purposeful admittance of how putting up with her nonsense and insecurity was actually the lack of principles she had referred to.

What is the difference between someone walking away and discarding someone ?
@ang695 Жыл бұрын
people who discard you were never really with you. they were with the idea of what you provide. and people who discard tend to regret leaving when it doesnt work out with who they discarded you for. people who discard you keep you in the loop for and try to use you for a means to an end. ex- attention, comfortability, a back up plan. PEOPLE WHO WALK AWAY, WALK AWAY FROM SOMEONE THEY LOVE BECAUSE IT IS BEST FOR THEM.
