I was always worried about what I’d be able to eat going vegan but, your channel has given me so much knowledge and I not only enjoy the food choices, know I’m no longer part of animal abuse but I’m so much healthier too. Love you both xx

I’m a night support worker and 1 of our guys who we supported passed away last wk we where all devastated so I know how you feel when who we support move etc❤❤❤

I learned to make Indian dosa. I make my own batter with cooked white rice and mung beans ground into powder. I add fenugreek and egg replacement salt and lime to hold them together and stuff them with pepper, tomato, and potato. I added a coconut chutney and dal soup.

I can see why you'd be picky about the potatoes you use for mash, but I've always used russets for mash and it makes the final product really fluffy 😄

I always buy the pack of baking potatoes whatever I'm making because they're a smaller pack, haha. I've never really thought about that before.

LOL, we use Russet baking potatoes for mash here all the time; I don't know what the equivalent to Maris Piper would be, even. You are spoiled for potato choice, you Brits! The eats here look varied and tasty and the "amalgamated" plates--like the one with the dumplings and the satay sticks--particularly tempting. Thanks for posting 🙂

Big shout to Sunshine Deli from here in Sheffield. Their pies & sausage rolls are amazing. Would definitely recommend. Let us know what their Yorkies are like…. Not tried those 🌱❤️

Funny, I had just finished an article about Voyager 1 and they have started receiving data again from it. It’s 15 billion miles from earth. I’m famished after watching this. Only had half an avocado last night for dinner. There’s just times when you’re not hungry. Have to try your curry recipe, of course now I’m craving curry. Loving our weather, it’s drizzly and overcast. May grey has come early this year. Well off to raid the fridge, probably have Korean tofu (somewhat similar to yours), rice and veggies. Our good old standard. Thanks for sharing.
