One of my favourites. What's known as a "good old belter!". I remember the days when the Sally Army band would stand on street corners on Sundays and play hymns. I loved it.

Wow! If ever these bands playing on the streets corners are needed now is time! I wonder if this form of revival for church goers before arriving at their various places of worship can be resurrected! The good old days! This is what is worshiping in truth and in spirit. True worship in spirit is not done only in the church building!🙏❤❤❤

@@gladysabalagajarakukeba7890 I agree. Two Salvation Army people live near me and I used to see them on Sundays dressed in their uniforms going to their church (or they did before Covid lockdown made all of us stay indoors). They were telling me that there are not so many people in their meeting hall now because young people don't want to go and the older people are dying so their band is gradually melting away :( . The band would play carols in the town centre at Christmas and also for the Good Friday silent walk through town when people from most of the churches in our town would get together and walk silently through the town following a man who had been picked at random to carry the cross then gather in the centre and have a service with hymns accompanied by the Salvation Army band.

@@Sunflowers159 yeah I'm a salvationist and I saw it all my life the church needs a revival it's so bad they are now trying to rush music. That and there aren't many volunteers. It sucks but I put my faith in god.
