Thank you so much Pam. I am so, so, so excited for everything about to happen in 2024. I can just feel it already. I can feel that things are manifesting way, way more quickly. I can feel the energy and it is so exciting and just magical. Just the last 2 weeks my eating habits have shifted like major out of the blue .. I use to eat quite a bit of chicken & beef, and now all my body wants is lentils, fruit, nuts eggs, and salmon. I'm literally living on fruit and nuts and lentils everyday and my body is so happy with this. Thank you! xx

Spectacular, Pam! Earlier today I actually felt that I was metamorphosing. I keep dropping into deep quiet, feeling the balance that Buddhism calls "upekkha" (exquisite balance). The last 3 years for me have been a string of huge challenges, changes & non-stop resilience to both change & adapt. I have recently begun to look forward to 2024 with calm excitement as the Year in which all that I have been working toward in this lifetime will finally "gel" (perhaps like the gel phase of water). With your continued reminders and your deep calm & wisdom, I have been developing my own internal protocol to remain calm & joyful. Joy has become my recent companion; I will not surrender it. I laughed out loud at your speaking of us seeing "the skinny lizard behind the curtain." Joy, Laughter & Peace in the time of Chaos. Who could have guessed that was possible? Oh yes, indeed, Pam......I DEFINITELY remember 1968 and '69!! I was born in 1950 so I very easily remember being a part of the energy of those years! It was a remarkable time of breaking old paradigms at a global level. Tumultuous, yet electrifying and exciting at the same time. The change was everywhere in the air. My 60th birthday is in January. I was born in the Year of the Dragon, and next year IS the Year of the Dragon, as you say - so I’m super excited! However, this past year of metamorphosis has left this caterpillar in a big pile of mush, not recognising who I’m becoming (yet)! You talked about needing an anchor, to centre ourselves and I am using the image of a butterfly to do just that. I’m putting butterflies on my walls, fridge, mobile phone,computer…! It’s what we’re all becoming - and AI etc. is only ever a reflection of Our Divine Greatness. My head is spinning. But in a good way. I walked outside earlier to let my dog out, it was morning and I don't know what was going on with the light but it was different and I said so out loud. It was welcoming, comforting, just not normal. I didn't want to come inside. I am so grateful to you Pam for everything you say, study, do, share with us. I love that you speak of Veda Austin. On a very simple and practical level, I have 2 cats that can have their issues with one and other. I put a cork pad under their water bowl with the words Calm Harmony written on it. There is been a noticeable effect on them after I did that.

So much ahead in 2024, it's very exciting! Thank you for sharing all of this, and for your openness to the topic of galactic connections. You talked about a higher level of love and I absolutely feel that the galactics are helping us to step into and fully sense what this can feel like. I wanted to share that there has been a theme in my channelings over the last few weeks that we must stay completely in the heart space in all that we do. Not a new message but it's been repeated emphatically three or four times recently so I think it's worth emphasizing. Certainly not a bad way to move through the holiday season! ❤✨
