thoughts on art, self-confidence and recycling

well this is longer than I planned it to be maybe I should've made notes instead of doing it stream of consciousness style
I hope you got something out of it and I'd love to read some feedback!
sorry for the audio, it's awfully quiet youtube studio removed the feature where you could crank up the volume and I didn't have any software on hand to fix it (and the quality isn't that good over all)
to see the other art I usually do it's best to go to instagram / merelymayhem where I post most of it or any other social media site really, I've got the same username everywhere
also, I'm sorry my fingernails look gross but it's just paint
and you can hear my breathing way more than I expected which is annoying me but i didn't do any audio editing so I sould not be surprised really
